Hopefully those of you that read these forums understand what is going on. Snohomish county is holding a public hearing, Wednesday, July 30th at 10:30am to discuss the possibility of major land developement here in Warm Beach. Along 92nd Dr NW, there are permits in the works to put 27 duplexes in less than 7 acres. Anyone that is able, please arrive at the courthouse to express concerns or complaints. We are hoping to sway the county into approving single family homes and a lower density of construction. I don't know about you, but I'm not too excited about the idea of having to compete with an average of 54 other cars on my neighborhood streets!!
