Whitehall Township police Lt. Bruce Buckno said police were sent to the location at about 2 p.m. after 911 dispatchers received a call about a man on the Hokendauqua Bridge. The man was pulled out of the shallow water at about 3:30 p.m.
No where does it say the authorities stood there with there thumbs up their butts waiting for the surveyor. You people are all reading into this. It says that jurisdiction had to be determined to investigate. Period. Unless we have a witness who saw everyone standing around doing nothing prior to helping the victim, you are all talking out of your backsides!
