A Catasauqua man who allegedly raped two girls earlier this year and then skipped town after relatives of victims called police was in Lehigh County Court this morning where he waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

Perhaps this alleged child-abuser need only to remember what happened last week in "The City of Brotherly Love" when someone brutally, sexually assaulted a child.
