This is rediculous. This is a nice family oriented town to live in we don't want something like this here. I can't believe they would even consider putting something like this here. Take it to the city. This will bring in the wrong type of people. There's a lot of kids in this area we don't want them exposed to this type of place.

My question is whats the difference between this and any other bar/club? At least with this one you will know what your mate is doing if they are there, with any other establishment they people just sneak behind their mates backs, and use the excuse that they were just grabbing abite to eat. Let me guess Hooters would be accepted though? Hmmmmm my thoughts are as long as they run the club in a decent manner then who gives a hoot.

Jess from East Orange NJ....I know East Orange and East Orange is no Emmaus. I know for a fact Hooters wouldn't even apply for a restaurant in Emmaus.

How does anyone know what kind of people will come to Emmaus if this opens? There are a lot of people who are considered up-standing community citizens, mothers, coaches, fathers, church-going respectful adults who like to swing and they keep it secret from the world. If you don't like it, then don't go in it!

Considering all the tragic happenings around the entire world in these biblical prophetic "last days"...actually unfolding before our very eyes, if this degredated club starts up, I will fast and pray for God to shut it down a.s.a.p! If it starts up, Emmaus should really be worried when the hurricanes and tornados begin in full force within the next several months.

Really most bar are pick up joints anyhow , as long as it does not have loud music, gun fights etc. Whats the big deal, it will be couples only I'm sure a more mature crowd. Different strokes for different folks.

perfect. look for your double-life neighborhood conservative, preaching family values in the daylight, but wife swapping at night to be part of their frequent flyer program. this subject would be a backbreaker for the conservatives if anyone had the jewels to take it on. just another example of their hypocrisy......hush...hush...k eep it down now, voices carry.

Emmaus is a great place to live? i guess if making the news every other day for murders and drunken police officers is great, they are on top.

If it is a private club and the goings on stay in the club I don't see the problem. I'm not a swinger myself but we live in a free country and everyones sexual preference is their sexual preference.

We don't need Emmaus to turn into a crap town. We already see garbage moving into this area.....why would we want more coming to this club? Our children don't need this, and neither do the rest of us!

Just because you live in emmaus dosen't make you immune to things. People need to mind their own buisness and not go if they don't believe in it.

Remember now swingers could be your relative or neighbor and they come from all walks of life. Some are doctors, lawyers and other professional people. As long as they discreet and do their "thing" behind closed doors - whats the harm. If the owners of the Vault make sure their patrons are quiet, respectful and clean while outside the establishment - then they are no more disrupttive than a restaurant/bar or other nightclub. Most swingers are not freaks or bad people. Keep an open mind. Would a gay or lesbian bar stir up this much controvesay? We are proud to say that we are a happy married swinger couple!!
