WORST GYM EVER. They charged me when I joined in middle of Dec for a member ship that was supposed to start first week in January. I tried contacting the company via email-phone-and walk in. NO ONE TO BE FOUND. I did not receive any emails letters anything until after I started getting billed for something that was supposed to open in January that opened in may. I received and email ending of may saying may was free. however I got charged for that month and then some. they have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ MANAGEMENT who were no help and ad no concern for customer satisfaction. they told me when I went to dispute the charges that the free month was for "certain members". This gym robbed many people I know and have breached their contract with the members and half of them don't understand. gym hours are a joke. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO TO ANOTHER GYM, MAY BE MORE PRICEY BUT WITH THIS GYM YOU SURE DO GET WHAT YOU "PAY FOR"

Not to mention their equipment is always broken if its not one thing its another I think its a very unstructured place that needs new management or an entire new staff

This gym is the worst. I attempted to cancel after I realzed this because its always nasty and dirty, the employees are rude, and not to mention all the obligations they dont mention in thier no obligation contact. I tried cancelling 3 times! They are still trying to charge me! One of the call cemters called me and threatned to send my account to collections and ruin my credit. Saying how she wud call me all day and night. PATHETIC. I went into speak to a manger for the second time and he basically laugjed and said it wasnt his problem.

I'M AGREE THE WORSE they only want you to sign the agreement then you are not available to cancel at all, it is really expensive for what you getting also the trainer is always late, I never received any healthy plan, I ask to freeze the account because they told me I could then they charged me and NO REFUNDS no training the MANAGEMENT DOESNT KNOW how to proceed they are liars and they don't care and don't know what a customer service is if you need help, only to "charge" If I noticed before, I don't want to know about Platinum Fitness.
