The mother of a boy who suffered a brain injury after falling at a Tucson elementary school has filed a $23 million claim against the school district.

Another money grubbing idiot. How in the world can the school district be held liable for some kid's clumsinness? And under what circumstances?
I hope she doesn't get one thin dime!!
