We (the Agnostics and Atheists) have the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights on our side! And your (risky1) comment just shows how ignorant and hypocritical the christian community can be. Why is the judge a "dumb-ass"? Because he is doing his job CORRECTLY?? How can Christians read their "bible", which says you are supposed to be modest and humble, and show up to church in your big, shiny, environmentally unfriendly, SUVs?!? Also, I hear more derogatory statements come from the mouths of Christians than anyone else! HIPPOCRATES!!! Believe what you like, but don't force it on me or into my home!

As a matter of fact... I just received a "Christmas" card in the mail today from a Texas state representative. He doesn't represent my county and his wife is displaying a cross necklace in the photo!! I am already actively looking for an Atheist lawyer (or anyone who can/will take the case) to sue him and/or the state for violating OUR First Amendment right.

I see what your saying about not wanting prayer in school, and wanting the separation of church and state. Is it ok for a student to lead a prayer for fellow students? The part I find amusing is how the atheist say don't force religion on us, but aren't you trying to force your anti religion on the others?
