Maybe some of you need to watch the movie "An Innocent Man" 1989)starring Tom Selleck, before you pass judgement !!

I think that the media has played a big hand into giving false details. I am pretty sure everyone on here for the most part know one family or the other and are going to bias either way. The media doesn't help either. They tend to ruin a person's reputation before it can be proven or the true hard evidence be shown and unfortunately had to have happened. I truthfully don't believe that it is one mans fault for self defense. If someone attacked me and I hit them and they fell and smacked their head the wrong way, should I really be on trial for murder? Not saying that is what happend, but in fights that does happen sometimes. It truthfully doesn't seem like they were out to kill. Why would it have gone down this way if that was the intention, dont you think there would have been guns, knives anything? It just doesn't add up. A lot of things don't add up sometimes because we weren't there and we aren't sitting at the trial. It is a sad situation that the guy died and his family will miss him. It is something that can not be taken back. And whatever happened in the fight for him to die seems to me it would have been not done on purpose. I don't see why a grown man would call the police and than head to take matters into his own hands? but it did. I personally don't like fights and wouldn't be involved in one unless I was protecting myself or family but fights can lead to these sorts of things and I wouldn't call someone a killer for that....I hope both families learn from this and can have peace and only God know what truth is and his judgment will come one day!

Your couldnt have said it any better Dwayne. Do people really think that the Aurias went to the Minafo house to discuss the reckless driving over tea and scones? Come on people! First they say Chris was driving the car. That HAS been proven wrong. Now they are acting like there was a house full of thugs. Was there any drugs? Any drunk men or women? Any loud music? Now that doesnt really sound like a party. Especially one with thugs.
Do you live next door to the Minafo's??? doest sound like you do because that night was horrible!! They partied before the fight actually took place for about 4 hours of loud music, people yelling, and my boyfriend was outside in his car and the party goers were egging him on! there was plenty of drunk people that night i feel bad for both of the families. IT was the Minafo's house that this all took place and they are responsible for all their friends that were there and helped beat him up! And chris is known to have some pretty crazy parties there when he watches the house!!

Everything comes out in the end. Those involved will be punished one way or another. Karma is a tricky thing. You can't run from it. I am a believer what comes around goes around. It may not be that these people all stated above will go to jail for the death of Mark. BUT they will suffer for many years. They have to live with knowing they took a father, friend, grandpa, son away from his people. They will have to look God in the eyes one day and the will pay the price and go to hell. Those younger punks will get busted for other things and end up in prison anyhow. Those who protect the murderers by not telling the truth are just as guilty in the end and they too will answer for their actions.

THIS WONT GO AWAY LIKE YOU HOPE! IN YOUR FACE 24/7 so enjoy your depression and anxiety for all the years to come. Because one day it will all be out on the table whether you like it or not. When you least expect it. Someone will want to cough up a deal one day and pass over the info needed to stick you in jail. You think they will protect you like you are protecting them. You are WRONG!! So your not off the hook. You are sinking each day. Deeper and deeper into hell. You want to show God there is good in you?? Be a man and tell the truth. Until then you will always be looked at as the person who MURDERED Mark Auria. People looking at you around town?? You know what they are thinking??? MURDERER!!! Hey that's the guy who killed Mark Auria. The Auria's do not need the legal system for justice to be served. It will happen all on it's own. In God's court! He decides when you pay. Today, tomorrow?? Enjoy waiting for it! For now your biggest punishment is having to live in your own skin.

I know Mark was a good man. If you such the good man that your friends above say you are then prove it and tell the truth!
