Yep not one new "tax" until you start cleaning out the ghetto apes that are causing the need for this tax in the first place.

what happenend to antioch used to be a nice place to live in the late 90,s ..i am black and use to live there back then and it was prodomitly white..not very much crime most of the crime was in pittsburg .now i read about antioch and it sounds like a very bad place like oakland or richmond . how did antioch turn so bad .i now live out of state..i guess the politaicans screwed it all up..
