I have got to say that I have never seen an administration as inexperienced or CROOKED as Lewis County. I do not live in Lewis county but I am aware of a case pending there where a 36 year old man By the name of Michael Earl (a Turin resident) was arrested in October for rape and sodomy in the first degree on a child between the ages of 4-8 and nothing has been done about it at this point. Michael is out free no bail just free... I am disgusted to hear of this information and the lack of justice. I truly feel sorry for the family of that child he "allegedly" raped.. He is a sick and dangerous individual and as a mother myself I hope he is off the streets soon before someone else is hurt. I also wonder why this information was never put in the media. You hear when a person writes a bad check in that town on the radio station and newspapers, but nothing is reported about a man arrested for rape on a child something is very wrong with that picture. I understand that the victim needs to be protected but I know that I would want to know if I had a criminal living in my town...

What happen's to that small child he raped. That child has to live in fear of men for the rest of their life. Is that okay? And why the hell should anyone feel sorry for a rapist especially when they rape a child or children. I don't... I think that most of the time the "LAW" caters to criminals not victims....And just because people are not convicted it doesn't mean it didn't happen, It just means they don't get caught....And what about the innocence of the child. That is taken away forever.... I'd like you to tell the child he raped "what ever happen to innocent until proven guilty" and see what they think!!!! Some crimes are just unforgivable.... And clearly this crime is not something that has happened to anyone you know or you would not have asked such a stupid question!!!!
