I will apologize to the neighborhood early because I will be putting in a trailer park on the property between me and the turd "neff". I guess it will bring down all our property values but maybe we will get a better tax assessment due to the crack heads I plan on moving into our new neighborhood trailer park. I really didn't want to screw up the nice neighborhood but sense I have had enough of this geriatric fuktard and ignoring the bass turd hasn't worked I think he needs a bigger push to that well deserved heart attack.
