I was actually planning on getting rid of my dog for that reason. Its almost impossible to find a place that allows pets. I would really like to find something to rent in that area so that my daughter can go back to school there.

How much are you looking to spend?
I have a 4 bedroom 3 bath washer and dryer, 4 acres in an upscale subdivision. Large area for a garden with fenced back yard for pets plus a large out building with mower, covered car port and 2 driveways.

I am set to list it with a realtor who also works for state farm in St Paul tomorrow.
I was thinking about selling then thought about renting or rent to own. It may be way too big for just the three of you but you know your way around Castlewood I could tell you where it is and you could drive by it. I am repainting inside right now. Do you know where reeds valley is?

Yes I used to live out there in the subdivision past Clarmont Estates. Duff Circle Drive was the name of the street/sub division.

Im moving and will probably be using my realtor for property management. I would love to sell you this place or you could even talk my realtor and have the rent to own option were your rent goes to home ownership.
Clairmont Estates is a quiet neighborhood and I like it but I have business obligations that require me out of state.
The house with the hedges, large bell on the mailbox and stained glass windows in the front is my house.

Oh I forgot, I bought the large gas tank from heritage propane for the gas fireplace and it stays with the house so you don't have to rent one.

I want to finish the painting and move the furnishings to storage as soon s I can.

Im not wanting to quote but I wouldn't want penny more than I am paying the banks house payment.
I googled my address and found two sites that were appraising my property for 165,000 and one another that apprised it at 174,000.
Im going to list it at 149,000 and let them talk me down.(and Im willing to go WAY lower).
Im entertaining the idea of even leaving it furnished, take everything right down to the roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.
I don't know what property like mine rents for but im sure it's more than im asking. Im just wanting to leave here.
