GM to Cut 21,000 Jobs, Eliminate Pontiac

Where did the $12.9 trillion go since this bailout began????? This $12.9 trillion should be circulating around the country but it is not! It is being kept in boxes somewhere by greedy executives. Each citizen should have at least $42K.

is equal to $42K per person in the USA.

Now, after 35-40 some years of tireless, subversive greenie propaganda and outrageous congressional regulation, the heirs of the hippies, Obama & the Dems, are taking over General Motors, which is now for all intents and purposes Government Motors. Of course, Pontiac, the Home of the Widetrack, the GTO, Trans Am, Bonneville, the Ram Air, had to go. It was too much of an American classic icon to continue in the world of greenie hybrid rollerskates that Obama and the hippies are trying to force upon us. Yes, the union's greed had a lot to do with it..but note all the plans are structured to give the unions even more say. Farewell, Pontiac..and basically farewell GM. A Chevy Volt is not a fitting replacement for a Chevelle Super Sport. It's sad that hippies were able to grow up in the greatest cultural moment of the greatest country in the world, and then completely rejected it and worked for its' downfall.

High performance cars are becoming obsolete because of circumstance, not because hippies don't like them. Sounds kind of like you are blaming hippies for the world running out of oil. Most hippies I know don't use very much electricity, let alone oil. They walk and ride bicycles.

Oh well! GM is just like any other company. If a company makes bad decisions, it GOES-OUT-OF-BUSINESS. GM isn't the only company that put employees in the unemployment line when it was forced to go out of business because of BAD DECISIONS. If there is a GM employee reading this, don't get mad at me. I'm not the one putting you in the unemployment line. I do have good advise for you. Start looking for another job. That's what other people did when their employer went belly-up. At least you have a heads-up. Those other people, didn't have that choice.
