I worked with this crook for several years and I'm not at all surprised. Just surprised it didn't happen sooner. I do feel sorry for his wife and children tho.

What about the employee who never got paid? I hope restitution is made to him and the customers. I hope Weaver gets caught soon.

Victim

There have been a lot of comments from people who knew Wayne Weaver was a crook and from people that claimed they had a horrific experience with Castle Pines Auto Sport. It would have been great if these people told that to the BBB or the Dealer Board a long time ago.

It would be nice if they had some kind of help line for the victims of this ordeal. We are all just kind of hanging out here with out any real direction some of us have loans and no vehicles. Some have paid cash and have their vehicles however they have no titles. I have to believe that some of the current employees like Marcy and Jake knew what was going on after all they were fielding calls from many, many customers you think they would be clued in when every body is complaining about not having loans paid of not having vehicles etc, etc.

Yes, this jerk left a trail of closed dealerships behind him. I speak as an former employee of one of them, who became unemployed after this guy embezzled so much money out of the place, it collapsed, yet he managed to stay a step ahead of prison. There are many many people waiting for the day he gets "his".

I see all the comments about Mr Weaver. Well i did my own homework as all of you should have. Mr Weaver was only the day to day operations manager. He was not a owner. It is public record to find out who owns a bess and who carries bess lic and as stated on 9 news They had a statment from a Mr Michael Steinke. That he knew nothing well if you own the bess and carry the bess lic. Once again public record. How where loans put on this property the owner would had to know what was going on.How was his mortage getting paid along with every thing else.Mr Weaver was not and never has been a owner. Mr Weaver is a victim to a fast talker and a lot of promises.Once again public record. Mr Weaver home due to paper trail is now in fourcloser due to the money he took againts his home to help this dealership. One side of the story is being told and there is more to this.Someone is playing the stupid card and it is not Mr Weaver.
