It should read Wednesday's morning commute, not community. Not a very good review of the story before posting it.

Im in limon. Weve got barely nothing. VERY light snow, wet roads but no ice. Its kinda nice for a change to have nothing. Its usually the other way around (were usually having a blizzard while denver has sunny days)

We have twenty-three inches and counting in Golden, just above the Colorado Mills! I have been knocking snow off the trees and bushes all day, and I have fed the little birds and squirrels twice! It would be easier if my very excited Husky/Shepherd mix would stop tackling me and stealing my gloves! LOL!

It's snow! We had it last year, and for the prior 5 million years. And we'll have it next year, and the next, and for the next million years. Cities have plows, people have shovels and coats.

The weather forecasters (who all seem to come from Florida) always predict gloom, doom, and death for those who dare emerge from their abodes. Jeepers! A little experience and prudence comes into play here, not frantic fear.

Daily Horoscope for December 17

Leo

If you're going to a festive party or gathering today you'll have a great time. It will be good to see some old faces and nice to meet some new ones. Don't be shy about breaking the ice if you spot someone you'd like to know better, as with Mars in your sign dancing with Venus in fiery Sagittarius, bells will ring and fires light up. Get the last of those Christmas cards out of the way now, so they're not on your conscience.
