Full story: Fox 31 KDVR

Sign restrictions in a new part of Castle Rock, just east of I-25 on Founders Parkway, are causing economic woes for restaurant owners that sit back from the roadway.

I live near Troncalli's and honestly, it is great food at an affordable price!!! He is right though, unless you look for it, the restaurant is buried behind chick-a-filet. It is really sad that the town is being so hard on these restaurant owners because residents are missing out on a good meal. Maybe Troncalli needs to team up with a school or sports team to sell discounted coupon packs for about $20 to get his name out there to surrounding neighborhoods--his competitior--Nicolo's Pizza has done this and if it weren't for the coupons I wouldn't have known about Nicolo's--just a suggestion.

Signs aren’t always needed. If your food was that good people would know by now if you have been there for awhile. still poor results do more to your product or market to real people maybe in front of a king soopers with permission and hand out samples of what you have to offer instead of putting a big sign up letting others know you’re desperate for business.

waaaaaahhhhhh. Get real, don't put your business in an area that restricts your signage if that is a driving force for your business.
Marketing isn't simply a sign, it is so much more. If you are "new" Rock then bring something "new".
OMG 14 hours/day for a owner/operator!?!? people who work for themselves never stop working.
