10 Arrested, Charged With Cocaine Distribution

An assortment of law enforcement agencies contributed to an operation that resulted in Thursday's arrest of 10 people in connection with a major drug trafficking organization.

Let my dad (David Valdez) go he's innocent he has nothing to do with this...You all have NOTHING on him all you may even have is FALSE EVIDENCE...my dad's clean and i can prove it...the cops at our house had no reeason to do what they did, they over exagerated all they did was ambarrased my family for no good reason...but they're the one's that are going to look stupid in the end when they found out that they got the WRONG guy, and when they have to return everything they took from us back which i know they wanted because i heard one of them saying so which one of MY FAMILY'S TV's do they want in their rooms...and to tell you the truth i got a feeling these cops might be CROOKED!!!

You know honestly what i have to say about my cousin (Eddie Diaz)he is all heart and soul and would NEVER do anything like this and he cares about all his family to much to do this stupid CRAP that they are accusing him of!!!!!!!!!!I knew that he was innocent the time i heard about it. I prayed knowing that he would be alright because we all love him and he is the main one who helps weather its family or some homless guy on the streets that he doesnt even know. I know it wasnt him I LOVE YOU PRIMO!!!!!! and always remember that i will never forget you and all you have done for our family and you will always be in my heart and prayers.

Listen I just think a post regarding the subject is all that was needed it seems the lid blew off anyway and well guilty or not ppl are losing control and getting hurt .. that wasn't very productive. I would disagree- the "Children" are here to drum up support / popular opinion- by making Innuendos that it was a setup , crooked police etc.
That is Bogus at best.
By doing this , and in a Public Forum, when someone makes Outrageous Claims, another person will Challenge them- that is the Basis of Free Speech in the Public- it works both Ways. Don't step up if you cannot handle the Critics
I would Believe Samantha in that her Father was there every Day, closed at 6;00 Pm , she ran around the Garage with siblings etc.BUT that Does Not Mean Her Father is innocent OR on the Other side Hes is Guilty- she just did not observe anything that is claimed
THE Bottom line is - that after an Investigation, and with Evidence of Untoward goings on , the Detectives and DA obtained a Search and Seizure / Arrest warrant on EVIDENCE. These Agencies DO NOT DO THAT UNLESS THEY CAN PROVE IT IN COURT.
If it was a false claim/conspiricy there would have to be HUNDREDS of people involved, all meeting in Secret, conspiring against her Father AND Keeping Quiet about it....
So it would be a more correct Probability that
1- He is Guilty
2- because they can PROVE it
3- the Trial will show the Evidence
4- He is going to take a LOT of Showers with hi new Wife BUBBA for ythe next 20 years, or longer

Mainly my point is they are kids, they will believe what they are told by their parents and messing with them is lowly.

The case, if as strong as you claim, will result in appeals and pleas, this forum isn't going to conflict a jury , damage the SAPD's rep. and really it's not worth all that effort your putting into it to justify common cruelty and arrogance.

Regarding the nonsense about all cops having integrity it only takes one. All cops and judges aren't dirty just like they aren't all clean.

One occasion to free the guilty or imprison the innocent, maybe only once , maybe paying for the lifestyle they enjoy , maybe because it's how they get their kicks, that's why we have the courts.

A conviction based on the word of someone in a position to point an accusing finger,or for a snitch to point out a few suckers for the leniency in their on plea deal.
