Biggest Change In Cassopolis In Last 30 Years

I haven't been home to Cassopolis in almost 30 years and know I will probably be totally shocked when I am able to visit or maybe move back home. So what is the biggest change in Cassopolis in the last 30 years? I see that it is now a sort of metro area of South Bend or something but knew that would happen even years ago. Seems like lots of new, pricey homes have been built especially by Diamond Lake. Could I stand the possible "culture shock" of returning home? Thank you for any thoughts as growing older, I miss home.
