I just returned from my first visit at Four Winds, Dowagiac - I will not be returning. Everything was nice and shiny, clean and new. And very stingy! After playing the slots there, I felt like I was at an old run-down casino, teetering on the edge of bankruptcy - a casino that needed to fleece every customer of every penny as fast as possible. I am not new to casinos. I know that they do want to separate the customers from their money. I can accept that. But what is wrong with allowing the customers to have a good time, enjoy themselves - maybe a bonus here or there before they clean you out.

What this casino did not feel like:
It did not feel like a casino on a grand opening, a casino that wanted to generate excitement, and create a customer base that looked forward to their next visit.

Avoid this casino. There are others, go there!

Vegas, I'll see you in July!

I visited the casino today. The people were super friendly. However, the food was expensive and did not taste to good(just wasn't worth the money spent). As far as winning or loosing goes, that's just a risk you take when you gamble.:P

Avoid the casino. Just this Saturday there was a family emergency with my father and they refused to page my mom. She repeatedly ask about him with security and they refused to give any information on him. She looked 7 hours in the casino and if it wasn't a nurse who called to inquire about my fathers medication my mother would have still been there.
