I have known jeremy since i was old enough to remember. this friend was well known in the community. i dont see what had brought him to this nor do i know the whole story. but as far as im concerned he should atleast be able to complete school, public safety would in no way be of harm if he was aloud to finish school even if it would be under suporvision.
