Report: Records show cop pulled over swerving, smelling of alcohol wasn't arrested

A police report shows that Altamonte Springs police Officer Bryan Burke smelled of alcohol and admitted to drinking when he was pulled over by a Casselberry officer last month because he was swerving - but he wasn't arrested, according to a WFTV.com report.

not arrested unreal breaking the law an officer just goes to show you the police dept is all screwed up.something needs to be done to the officer that did not arrest him,he should be arrested and fired.my family is driving on thoses roads not fair
