Isn't that hilarious ? Jest a short while back, they were converting everything from apartments to condos and now they are going back to apartments?

Down South there are so many going back to apartments we call them "repartments".

All of the idiots that purchased these conversions are going to have to now live next door to someone paying rent when they are stuck with a mortgage payment for the next xx years.

Many people bought more than one of these condos with the idea of flipping them at a profit. Now they cannot even rent them for enough to pay the mortgage on them.

Oh the best layed palns of mice and men.

The end of the conversion craze came too late for my parents, who were forced out of their longtime apartment in Polk Co. when it went condo a couple of years ago. And it wasn't even a luxurious place.

As for Misty Oaks, it will take a lot more than Santa, an iPod and two months' free rent to make anyone want to move to "Crime Hills" -- anyone without a death wish, that is.

Don’t you mean a CCP (conceal carry permit)???? Good insurance if you live anywhere in Florida is to buy a laser grip for your weapon. They are beautiful things. Last week while my daughter and I were at Shoot Straight gun range there was a paraplegic lady in wheelchair next to us using her new laser grip to target practice. She had a .357 and was hitting bull’s eye every time. I pity the fool who views her disability as “easy pickings” and attempts to victimize her! On second thought, I’d really enjoy reading about the outcome in Orlando Sentinel. LOL!
