They butchered our walls. Failed to crimp a connector in the bathroom which resulted in 120 lbs of water pressure spraying though the hallway, dining room, and living room.

They denied its their fault, but trust me, their inspection was checking water pressure and thats it.

Our wood floors are destroyed and they are very rude on the phone.

Stay away and use Rainaldi or another big plumbing company, you may pay more but get better service.

Mr. Warner does not have the right to slander our company. First of all you have to tell the truth about what happened. The house originally flooded from a leak. They had already sustained damage to their floors, walls and cabinets. The restoration company had blowers in the kitchen, diningroom, livingroom and hallway. All walls in the kitchen were removed when we arrived to do the repipe, as were the kitchen cabinets, and the appliances. The house was pressure tested and inspected by the city and passed. The so called leak in question if it had happened would have blown the fitting out of the pipe at the city pressure of 70 to 75 psi, it did not. Seveteen days later after the repipe, The plumber was called and Mr. Warner said his house was flooded. No water was found anywhere when the plumber arrived 30min. later, the fitting was not blown. It looked as if the fitting had been moved. At 70 to 75 psi the whole valve would have been blown out of the pipe, it was not and no water was found. If that fitting was not properly crimped, That valve would have been blown when the pressure test was done at 100 to 120 psi. This has been turned over to the city officials and our attorney is looking into this matter. His house was not butchered. There were three (3) holes cut in his home by our company and sanctioned by Mr. Warner.

This is not slander. First of all, I spent 4 years of my life in the U.S Air Force and 9 of those months in Kuwait. I pride myself on integrity and honesty. Tender care doesnt have any facts to support his claim, I do.

Yes, we did have a prior leak in the kitchen. The kitchen was sealed off and blowers were placed in the kitchen only. The mold remediation company came and did the inspection and tested the floors, and walls in the hallway, dining room, and living room and didnt show any high readings for water as a result of the intial leak in the kitchen.

Our house is built on a crawl space which is accessible. When we arrived at the house, the water was flowing out of the bathroom and flowing down the hallway and into the living room. Fortunately we have a crawl space and the water drained down through the subfloor or the damage would have been much worse. We immediately shut off the water to the house and got every towel we could find to dry the floors so we could mitigate the damage.

When the plumber arrived, about an hour after we called, I showed him the connector which came apart. He said he didnt know why it came apart and that I should call a water emergency crew to come dry the floors. We had already called them and they arrived quickly to dry the floors.

The plumber aknowledged they would take care of the damages, but is now attempting to not pay.

The mold remediation company performed readings in the hallway and dining room after the replumb failure and detected saturated wood and walls. As stated earlier, the first leak only showed water readings that were high in the kitchen and not on the wall opposite the leak. Tender claims no water was visible, what he doesnt tell you is that I had about 20 towels full of water he was walking on squishing under his feet.

Point is, he replumbed our house and did a poor job and now as a result, we have damage to our floors.

The city officials he is referring to is the code enforcement which this plumber decided to call since he didnt see a permit listed when we were working a washing machine issue. So basically, since the Tender Care Plumber was mad, he tried to tattle on the other plumbing company doing work at my house. They did file a permit by the way.

I told the other plumbing company what had happened and they mentioned the owner by name and stated we are fixing some of Tenders jobs in the area as we speak.

I highly recommend a reputable company when seeking plumbing help. Tender Care did a poor plumbing job, damaged our floors, and is refusing to pay. You choose for yourself, but a replumb is exspensive so choose wisely.

I've used Tender Plumbing Care for close to 10 years. They've fixed plumbing in my master's bathroom shower, replaced a gas hot water heater, and most recently, installed a new waste disposer and hot water dispenser on my kitchen sink. I have been 100% satisfied on all of the work TPC has done for me. Jerry was the plumber who did the work on the disposer and hot water dispenser, and he did a fantastic job!

I recommend Tender Plumbing Care high and will continue to use them for all my plumbing work.

In my opinion, the worst plumbers on the planet. Go with a big name and get good results.

Tender Plumbing replumbed the buildings in my complex. The helper, that worked on my unit, initially screwed up. Luckily, the 'experienced' plumber that was with him saw his mistake fast enough to catch it.
Recently, I woke up to a soaked carpet. The water mitigation company, along with the plumber I had to hire, agreed that when the building was replumbed, the workers did not tighten the connection hose well enough, resulting in the hose slipping out from the connection, which kind of reminds me of the first guy's problem. Tender Care came out the same day and said that they only use gray tubing or the existing tubing. He walked to both of my bathrooms and said - see originals. I advised him that I haven't touched underneath my sink since I moved in 5 years ago, so they would be originals too. He saw that I had a water filter and asked if I recently got that. I replied that it was here when i moved in. He stood up and said he was going to talk to the lady in the front office of my condo complex. Afterwards, I researched the in sink erator by the serial number and found that it was built in 2001 and only has a 2 year warranty, so hiring anyone to work on it now would be doubtful. Also, common sense would tell you that if I just had work done on the filter, I would have contacted them and not Tender Care. The tube that slipped out had no puncture or scrape marks on it, so it wasn't ripped out or blown out.
A company that cannot admit fault for an obvious mistake is not one I would ever hire to do any kind of work.

When we inspected this problem, we also had one of the maintenance men with us. He also agreed that there appeared to be something different than what we did when the repiping was done.

I have been using Tender Plumbing Care, Inc. for many years. They have repiped 3 of our houses and not one problem. They are the only company I would use.

Tender plumbing care has been repiping houses for many years and they are great at repiping houses.. people fail to realize that houses were not made to be repiped and in some cases there has to be walls and holes cut to get to the water connection. I have seen how other plumbing companys work and would highly recommend tender.when they did my house the holes that they did cut they put back and duct taped it so that the drywall guy could come though and easily put it all back together. if u are concerned about holes in walls they will take u though the house and show u were most likely they would need to cut a hole.. for people who are not plumbers out there talking trash, u might want to know what ur talking about and understand what fully goes on in a repipe of a house.

I have never had any problems with this company their prompt service and reasonable prices are fantastic. Tender Plumbing Care has a very knowledgeable staff and most of the time the owner himself will come out. This company is extremely proficient in re-piping a home they have done so many they have it down to a science, very clean and neat they check and recheck all lines with a pressure test that well exceeds the local water companies water pressure.your lines are well secured and fittings are tight. I would recommend Tender Plumbing Care to everyone. Great Company
