Why even have a trial for this guy? It's obvious that's he's guilty. Lock him up and throw away the key.

You don't know how those low life POS defense lawyers work. The lawyer will do everything he can to make it look like the deceased caused his own death, and the criminal is just an innocent bystander. Even after he's convicted he'll live for 20 years in prison, then his lawyers will find "New" evidence that will free their client, another waste of taxpayer money.

Defense lawyers are required by our legal system to exist. The fact is that not everyone who stands trial is guilty, the defense lawyer is just doing his job. If you were ever accused of doing something you didn't do thank god there are defense lawyers to get you off the hook.

How would you like someone to kill a loved one of yours and during the trial a defense lawyer found out the cop put the wrong time on a report or something else trivial and the murderer of your loved one walks away a free man. Is this Justice? Is this how you perceive the defense lawyer doing they're job? Making sure someone is given a fair trial is one thing, turning a criminal loose on society for a loophole is something else. Defense lawyers are a pathetic excuse for "Justice"

I couldn't agree with you more. It's a game to those low life lawyers, I bet they would react differently when a crime is committed against them.

Ayala should burn in hell, I hope he gets everything he deserves in prison and a boyfriend by the weekend. The news reporter has more compassion for the murder than the victims family. Where is the Justice!!! I can only hope that she (Rene - Orlando Sentinel Reporter) gets what is coming to her one day and maybe she just my have a little compassion for the victims. She has been told the truth and still reports lies. Where does she get off. KARMA is a bitch.

p.s. RIGHT ON MICHAEL FROM SANFORD
