It's my material, no one else.
I sent it to Judge May in Casey's Bankcruptcy's case only
for HIM to confirm my credibility and integrity. He can
judge for himself...so can the US Trustee in DC.,
therefore as to the information I provided concerning
Casey and Caylee etc,etc.
Today , The Trustee did take a step back,,,It's huge!
Looking forward to hear what will sweat from the
hearing tomorrow...

I don't doubt you, Murphy. I just don't understand why the Judge would be interested in anything related to the criminal trial, as it's not relevant to the bankruptcy proceeding.

A brief hearing in Casey Anthony's Chapter 7 bankruptcy ended with no resolution on Wednesday, with the attorneys agreeing only that they disagree and to return to court later this month.

<snip>

At Wednesday's hearing, their attorneys were to ask U.S. Bankruptcy Judge K. Rodney May to extend a deadline for their legal challenges to Anthony's bankruptcy until after the suits are settled in the state court.

But the judge put a halt to that argument: May hasn't yet ruled on whether the defamation suits should be resolved in state court, or settled in the federal court system.

He'll hear argument on both issues at the next hearing May 30. Anthony's lawyers would prefer the suits be decided by a federal judge. Gonzalez and Kronk want jury trials at the state level.

In a pair of responses filed Tuesday, Anthony's attorneys argue the Kronk and Gonzalez suits are frivolous, and it would be "unfair and unjust to delay or deny her the 'fresh start' that she has legally sought" through bankruptcy.

The hearing comes a day after Anthony's bankruptcy trustee withdrew his plan to sell the rights to her life story as an asset, something her defense team opposed vigorously.

You surely know the motive.......SMurph's intent on leaving a paper trail to assassinate the credibility of an imaginary person, by proving she's insane!

Job well done.....!!!

BTW, today's hearing ended without a ruling.
The rights got yanked off the table.

What of the attorneys who were reportedly collecting cash secured bids in advance to the Bankruptcy Judge approving the intended sale? LOL.

Making guesses or thinking we might no what happened just isn't good enough in a criminal case.

"Perry also said he thought prosecutors were better attorneys than Baez, who the judge described as "personable." All the defense had to do was create reasonable doubt, which they did, he said.
"He came across as someone you would like," Perry said of Baez. "Like someone trying to sell a used car. Who are you going to buy from? The most likable salesman."

Listen up you illiterate housewife, Perry said Baez CREATED reasonable doubt. Ngrace posted that Perry said Baez RAISED reasonable doubt which Perry never said.

If you are not intelligent enough to understand that perhaps your time would be better spent cleaning toilets and tending to other household chores that do not require you to think.

Baez CREATED the reasonable doubt, which is another way of saying that Baez lied. JP is pretty clear about that.

The fact of the matter is the biotch killed her child. Apparently the jurors did not have an inkling of critical thinking THANKS Florida education! If the jurors were critical thinkers they would have come to the thought that BOZO lied, yes, a lawyer lies, Kilsey after all was trying to save her own life regardless who she threw under the bus! Thank God the jurors in Arizona have commonsense!

No, my comment was in response to what Baez proved, not what Perry
said he created.

The jurors in Arizona do have common sense......it's a no brainer when there were 27 stab wounds, a slashed throat, a gunshot to the head, DNA of the killer mixed in with the blood smear, AND A CONFESSION!

Casey Marie Anthony did not harm her child, which was also a no-brainer due to the COMPLETE lack of evidence. Zilch, zip, nadda.

Smarmy Ashton will never be Juan Martinez......but then, Martinez never used the death of someone for political gain.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Murphy is not Casey's only supporter and neither am I. Many people who know the facts of the case, support Casey's innocence, regardless of the talking heads.
A circumstantial case is built upon a series of suspicious events, much like gossip to the common man/woman. But just as gossip doesn't make a story true, the standard of proof in a criminal case is much stricter. Gossip, rumors, and innuendo are not good enough in the legal arena. You seem to forget or, don't understand this. Every damning piece of unsupported "evidence" in this case was proven false during the trial.
So when you toss out the very things that allowed this case to be brought to trial, you're left with the fact that Casey didn't report her daughter's death to authorities as she should have done. Jose, regardless of your personal opinion of him, gave you a reasonable explanation as to why she did not. Which was more than the State did.......which was more than the State even attempted to disprove, as they should have done.
Reasonable doubt is not a meaningless phrase. It is the gold standard for every criminal case in this country, for everyone accused of a crime. Like it or not, our Forefather's knew the importance to the adage, "there are two sides to every story", hence, reasonable doubt. Meaning that the State must prove their case beyond reasonable doubt, before anyone can be found guilty as charged.
So when you have a young mother who lied about her daughter's whereabouts and didn't report her death as she was required to do by law, you can't take her life as the State was hell bent to do, based on nothing other than these facts.
.

Well said ngrace!
