Listen up you illiterate housewife, Perry said Baez CREATED reasonable doubt. Ngrace posted that Perry said Baez RAISED reasonable doubt which Perry never said.
If you are not intelligent enough to understand that perhaps your time would be better spent cleaning toilets and tending to other household chores that do not require you to think.

No, my comment was in response to what Baez proved, not what Perry
said he created.

Liz understood this. You should stop telling people what they do and don't understand because clearly that's your misunderstanding.

Baez CREATED the reasonable doubt, which is another way of saying that Baez lied. JP is pretty clear about that.
You're making things worse for the Judge, who is in enough hot water already.

He never said Baez lied, but he surely needs a crash course in being media savvy before he goes on national TV again.

The fact of the matter is the biotch killed her child. Apparently the jurors did not have an inkling of critical thinking THANKS Florida education! If the jurors were critical thinkers they would have come to the thought that BOZO lied, yes, a lawyer lies, Kilsey after all was trying to save her own life regardless who she threw under the bus! Thank God the jurors in Arizona have commonsense!
The jurors in Arizona do have common sense......it's a no brainer when there were 27 stab wounds, a slashed throat, a gunshot to the head, DNA of the killer mixed in with the blood smear, AND A CONFESSION!

Casey Marie Anthony did not harm her child, which was also a no-brainer due to the COMPLETE lack of evidence. Zilch, zip, nadda.

Smarmy Ashton will never be Juan Martinez......but then, Martinez never used the death of someone for political gain.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Murphy is not Casey's only supporter and neither am I. Many people who know the facts of the case, support Casey's innocence, regardless of the talking heads.
A circumstantial case is built upon a series of suspicious events, much like gossip to the common man/woman. But just as gossip doesn't make a story true, the standard of proof in a criminal case is much stricter. Gossip, rumors, and innuendo are not good enough in the legal arena. You seem to forget or, don't understand this. Every damning piece of unsupported "evidence" in this case was proven false during the trial.
So when you toss out the very things that allowed this case to be brought to trial, you're left with the fact that Casey didn't report her daughter's death to authorities as she should have done. Jose, regardless of your personal opinion of him, gave you a reasonable explanation as to why she did not. Which was more than the State did.......which was more than the State even attempted to disprove, as they should have done.
Reasonable doubt is not a meaningless phrase. It is the gold standard for every criminal case in this country, for everyone accused of a crime. Like it or not, our Forefather's knew the importance to the adage, "there are two sides to every story", hence, reasonable doubt. Meaning that the State must prove their case beyond reasonable doubt, before anyone can be found guilty as charged.
So when you have a young mother who lied about her daughter's whereabouts and didn't report her death as she was required to do by law, you can't take her life as the State was hell bent to do, based on nothing other than these facts.
.

Well said ngrace!

The string of conversations revolved around Judge Perry's comments during his interview. Did you forget or were just unable to comprehend?

You and Liz changed the topic, must be the PTSD.

Not too sure about the "love struck" part. I see them both as being sexual deviants. Maybe because I'm older but as far as I'm concerned the things they were saying and doing just weren't normal. I still think Jodi A or for that matter any woman who would let a guy treat them like that ( the sex and the perverted , dirty talk) has got to have self esteem issues. A normal well adjusted person does not act like a pig or allow anyone to treat them like a pig.

As to those sex tapes, no one will ever know what her role was in encouraging him to act out his fantasies. My question is, why did those tapes "just happen" to exist at trial time? Get him to say things she secretly recorded and kept, sounds a lot like an "insurance policy"/ blackmail.
We will soon know the verdict.

Watch how easy it is to post without the name calling and nasty remarks.

Raised, create..........pretty much the same thing. Bottom line is reasonable doubt was generated at just about every turn.

Again at the end of the day it doesn't matter what we think may have happened, it's all about what we can actually prove what happened and who was responsible. Due to many different factors this case was nearly impossible to prove.

Now you have a nice day!!!!!!!

Good Morning!!!!!!!!

First off I know because I read the article the other day.

Next I never said because I had a life, inferring that the other's who watched the trial daily didn't. I wouldn't say that, It's rude.

I caught parts of the trial and some of nightly CNN recaps. It's fairly easy to summarize by saying we knew no more after the trial than we did before the trial. Here's what it boils down to. We have no idea if what Baez said was the truth as far as what really happened. Then again that doesn't matter, Baez is not the one who has to prove anything. Sure the State had a few theories about what happened but just like Baez they couldn't prove their story either. The big difference is Baez didn't have to prove anything whereas the states case hinged on being able to be proven in a court of law.

Now you have a nice day too!

It has to be killing you that Jodi was convicted and Casey wasn't. Casey will always be a loser in the background wasting her life away.

I gave up on the Jodi trial shortly after it started, but if she was claiming to be abused by the guy she killed , did she ever give a reason for driving hours to still visit him since he was abusing her? I kept waiting to find out and all I was hearing was about her "butt" so I gave up.
Was she ever offered a plea deal? How embarrassing ( although it didn't seem to bother her) to sit thru all that sex testimony.
