Here is a prime example of why America is going broke. Woman rents gun, kills son, kills self (a son whom I am certain was well aware of the instability) and then the gun range gets blamed for choices made by an individual.

Go figure.

Here we go.....hey maybe they can sue God for allowing her to be crazy. Maybe Baez will take the case.

They will win this law suit, also think they should file one against the Orlando Sentinel for showing the shooting on video.

You want to talk abouta real frivolous law suit in Florida. How about the family who sued the race track where the "Sheriff School Bus race" (for Charity) was held. A Sheriff was killed while racing the school bus. The family turns around and sues the race track owner and wins.

Florida has their share of freaky law suits and they win.

Let me ask you a question. Would you be dumb and reckless enough to lend your guns out to total strangers without knowing their mental health/criminal history?.........

If YES..

You DESERVE TO BE SUED.

John Morgan has taken the case...he is representing Zenadia Gonzales in the Casey Anthony case. He always wins his lawsuits, very slick lawyer.

How about if Hertz rents a car to someone without knowing their mental instability? That person then plows into a farmer's market to kill themselves and others. I bet you'd sue Hertz!

Dingleberries like you are what is wrong with society today. No one is responsible for their actions! Everyone is a victim!

I think Shoot Straight should sue the estate of the dead son. He knew about her mental issues and takes her to the range!

This is absurd!! Stop trying to get money for free!! That gun range did everything correctly and shouldn't be blamed for the actions of this dumb broad. Maybe they should file a suit against the her car company because without it, she wouldn't have been able to get to the range?!! This is EXACTLY what is wrong with people in this country!!

Be sure to destroy those letters and tapes so the defense won't use them as evidence.

Classic. Always blame someone else. No accountability from anyone who knew this woman. With a history of mental instablility, how about the family should have been babysitting this woman a little closer? The silver lining is that neither she nor her son can reproduce and pass on the crazy genes.

By your example then Shooting Straight should charge a huge insurance premium for lending their gun out to just any wacko. IF not, he pays when his LIVING ON THE EDGE goes awry!!!!! Who is not taking responsibility here?????????? THE RANGE OWNER WHO RENTS GUNS!

Hertz takes precautions, require's a license or permit by State..and INSURANCE!!

Simple...Duh back to you Dingleberry!

I hope they do. Yes the woman did it, but some of you may not know. this woman HAD BEEN BANNED FROM THERE 2 OTHER TIMES!! Even a check cashing store has photo's and info on people for just writting a bad check.!!!

Shoot Straight is reckless. It was a rented gun. That makes Shoot Straight even more reckless. They do not patrol their range. I've been to the one in Tampa. When I first go my gun, and I was in there (I will never ever go back) I asked if I had a problem would someone come into the shooting area to help me.

Their reply
'No if we do, we'd have to charge you for training'. I di not ask them to train me. I already had been trained and have a CCW permit. It was a new firearm I was using and I just wanted the comfort of knowing that I could get assistance if I had a problem with the firearm.

Don't ever go there and also tell others not to go. Shoot Straight is reckless

Perhaps the family should sue themselves. They, more than anybody, knew that this women was a nut job, and very likely knew where she was with her son. They are more responsible than the gun range, even though the ultimate responsibility rests with the whacko retard that pulled the trigger. Good thing she offed herself. Too bad she took out her son. What a b1tch!

Do you carry papers proving your not a mental case? How do you suppose the gun range would know this? If they choose NOT to rent you a gun they get sued for Discrimination. You want to blame someone, blame the worthless blood sucking lawyers who file those cases.
