Biggest headache we've had this year has been dealing with the gradual transition to paperless statements and online payments, etc... The total absence of a paper trail turns out to have a serious downside when it comes time to document just where the money went.

Most of the time the paperless is much easier to track down because you can go to a website and find the online statement as opposed to sifting through stacks of mail. Also, if you use TurboTax you might be able to automatically import what you need right into your taxes via the import tool. I use that for my bank and it's great.
