$50K for remodeling,$150K for repairs... to a "trailer home"???
you have GOT to be kidding me!!
Not to totally rude, but honestly, IMO it sounds like a lot more than it could possibly be worth, other than for going on the record prior to filing an insurance claim or for FEMA assistance.
