Who are these people who trek north to drain the 'living wages' of Wyoming's vulnerable citizens?

Mestizos (mixed Amerindian & Spanish) and pure Amerindians make up about 83%-90% of Mexico. Their International PISA academic results pull down the remaining 17%-10% mostly Caucasian and Asian Mexicans. PISA officials have said over 50% of Mexican 15-year old youth today are functionally illiterate and thus unable to compete in today's economy.

In years past it was mostly Caucasian Mexicans who illegally entered the US, however, today the vast majority are Mestizos and Amerindians. Also in the past, these mostly Caucasian Mexicans were classified as white, however, that is no longer true unless the Federal Government ridiculously classified American Indians as white, too.

California is very generous to illegal Hispanic Mestizos and Amerindians. Over 50% of its children today are Hispanic. This is reflected in California NAEP National Science Scores which place it 49th out of 50, significantly lower than even Kentucky.

Mestizos and Amerindians have a long history of putting little value in education. In Mexico, only 13% of adults have received a high school diploma versus 87% of American adults.

Indeed, the OECD has stated 51% of Mexican 15-year old youth score below a critical level in science literacy. Yes, its the 19th Century revisited.
