Review: Blue Horizon Insurance & Financial SER

It's unfortunate when a company treats it s customers poorly, provides lackluster service and fails to take care of issues they created. This is my experience with Blue Horizon Insurance. Randy H, the representative who provided me exceptionally poor service, felt bad-mouthing past customers was a positive way to build rapport in the beginning of our dealings, and bad-mouthing me was appropriate at the end. In one instance, after a clear error on his part, he redirected the blame with snide remarks and aggressive behavior rather than own up to the mistake and work to make it right. This is simply the last of a long list of problems with this agent, and this company. My suggestion is to keep looking, and steer clear of this agency.
