Does the city manager love Marine City? Please, ego, power trip. My husband was jailed for 30 days just this past Tuesday June 16,2009 for a building infraction. No, I am not looking for sympathy,I am simply stating that in this day and the state of the economy, why is this reasonable? One month without pay, not including the jail costs. In the state of Michigan, and my husband works for the auto industry, would you put someone in jail longer than you would a drunk driver. Shame on you Mr. Tuttle for not answering our calls or doing your job. When are you and the City of Marine City going to be held accountable like you held my husband accountable. Mr. Gabor, you told me that City Hall would be done or down within two years. That was April 2008. You have 10 months. Any questions, please address them to my attorney. Anyone who doesnt like the looks of my home, pay my $4000 a year property taxes and then you can complain. Thank you.

WHY would JOHNGARBOR,or other city manager TYPEs,,care about he People..when they only answer to the "crooks' on city councils

John Garbor is in it for John Garbor. He is not vested in Marine City. He does not live here, he does not stay here any longer than he has to. As a matter of fact he should have never been hired. He had no, repeat no experience as a City Manager. He lacks personal skills, and he likes to intimidate people. Lets not forget that as a professional his mouth runs most foul. Perhaps the people need to elect a new commission/mayor and remind John that he is an at will employee.

JOHN GABOR,,was trying 2 leave a fast as he can..he tried 2be come the city-manager of a REAL city,,TROY..TROY tricked the person,,and retired a older crook..our OLD crooked city-manager instead

JOHN GABOR is a good guy; He only does as the Mayor and Commission direct him. What he does and what his replacement will do are the responsibility of the commission; and your responsibility too, if you don't go to meetings and voice your opinion and if you fail to vote.
