A U.S. appeals court on Tuesday threw out a federal regulation that implements key subsidies that are vital to President Barack Obama's healthcare overhaul.
The U.S. Court of Appeals accepted one of the main legal challenges to the policy by conservatives opposed to an expansion of the federal government.
The ruling has the potential to cripple the implementation of the law by making health insurance unaffordable for many people. If the Obama administration appeals, the case could yet end up before the U.S. Supreme Court.....FINALLY Some Lawyers with The BALLS to tell Obama His Healthcare is Unobtainable by some in The Lower Middle Income ranges! This is just The start to The BIG turning point and Finally Repeal of this Crap called Obamacare!!! This Subsidies ruling has shut the door on Lower Middle income families because THEY make too much money according to Obama!! So now the feds are telling us you can eat or you can have heath care!!BUT if you don't pick healthcare we will penalize you when you file your tax returns!! Glad The Courts are starting to see the failure of Obama care....I cant wait to see this end up in The SCOTUS!! should be fun to watch Obama squirm when it gets kicked back in his face!!!!!

I can see you're just giddy with happiness - but, you didn't post the whole story about the Obamacare subsidies...
Don't you know that today - two federal appeals courts arrived at completely different conclusions on the use of financial subsidies provided to millions of Americans who bought health insurance through the federal exchanges.
You're right though - the U.S. Court of Appeals in D.C threw out the federal regulation that implements these key subsidies in Obamacare.
But, today, the U.S. Circuit Court in Richmond, Virginia upheld the IRS's interpertation of the law.
It seems more than likely there was a typo/mistake in the wording of the Obamacare bill concerning the financial subsdidies for states who refused to create their own states' exchanges & have to depend upon the federal exchanges.
Because, when congress drew up the Obamacare bill - it was a unquestionable fact that every American would be entitled to subsidies (if their income was low enough), That is why it is highly probable that this was just an oversight in the writing of the Obamacare bill.
However, it this goes all the way to the Supreme Court - it is also highly unlikely that Justice Roberts will strike down the IRS's decision to pay the subsidies to people just because their state refused to create their own subsidies. Can you just imagine what a nightmare this would be to millions & millions of people???
Because if this law was struck down - millions of Americans would loose their insurance...
And, this would be SUICIDE for Republicans in the upcoming congressional elections in November - as well as the Presidential election in 2016...
After all, it was Justice Roberts that voted in favor of Obamacare awhile back...
So Jerry, if I were you - I'd hold off on throwing any parties celebrating the demise of Obamacare...
Because, Obamacare will be around long after you & I are gone...

Almumni as you said Because if this law was struck down - millions of Americans would loose their insurance...Millions have already Lost their Insurance because of this Law!! How many people were told if you like your insurance you can keep it BUT lost it? Just ask the hundreds of thousands that lost their healthcare because of this and were told to go shop on the exchanges but can not because of the Higher premiums ! How many were told you can keep your doctor too but we know this was A lie also... so your Millions will Loose healthcare is A BOGUS Lie from the left...... EVERYONE in AMERICA who went to the Hospital got Taken cared for BEFORE Obama care came along and if they could not pay for it The Govt footed the Bill..This new Government run Healthcare is A Debacle, Ask The doctors and see what they say!
The Doctors are all for Health care for All but NOT at the Expense of The Middle class ...Go Look up J.A.M.A and Look up what Doctors think of The ACHA!! 80% say this will inflict Long waits and Back Logs of Months if not years for Surgical procedures Because OBAMA forgot one vital IMPORTANT thing when he implemented the ACHA!!!
NOT one New Doctor or Nurse is asked for in the ACHA. Doctors are overbooked and understaffed as it is now! how the Hell is he going to look after Millions more when theres not on line written in The ACHA for More Doctors and Nurses or Help in getting them??MORE STUPIDITY FROM THE LEFT!! put the cart before the horse as usual... its all the Dumbocrats know!!that and Spend and tax the shit outta the middle class..

You're still posting the same old talking points Republicans were using BEFORE OBAMACARE STARTED ENROLLING MILLIONS OF PEOPLE! Most of those people whose insurance was cancelled - now have better insurance (with many even paying lower premiums).
You need to flash forward to TODAY - because, even Republicans approve of Obamacare by 74%!!! This garbage you're slinging at Obamacare is YESTERDAYS REPUBLICAN TALKING POINTS... I't old news Jerry...
Why do you think FOX (yesterday) gave practically zero coverage to the news that the appeals court in DC had struck down the law which enabled states without their own exchanges to offer insurance subsidies?
That's right, FOX knows if Obamacare is struck down - it will be devastating to their chances in the November election. Yes, Republicans are holding their breath. Yes, they want Obamacare struck down - but they know it will be political suicide to them if it is...
And, as far as how all those additional millions of patients are going to be taken care of - here's an example of what's happing just 20 miles down the road from me in the Ft. Leonard Wood area.
Our local hospital here in Rolla has expanded several times over the last few years & is now a HUGE hospital. Our hospital has also built a huge doctors clinic which adjoins the hospital.
We also have a huge St. John's/Mercy doctors clinic & out-patient hospital here in Rolla. There is also a VA hospital in Ft. Leonard Wood.
But, our local hospital is outgrowing the number of patients being seen - so they are buiding a huge 4 story building which will house doctors offices in the Ft. Leonard Wood area.
To handle all the patients now covered with Obamacare - will require more hospitals, doctors clinics & doctors & nurses. Obamacare will single-handedly boost job growth & our economy...
Missouri Democrat Governor Nixon has recently approved a law which will enable new doctors to start practicing medicine (with guidance from a seasoned Doctor) sooner - they would sort of by-pass their internship by actually giving medical care. This will be a big help in solving the doctor shortage in Missouri...
