I disagree! I am a nice looking young lady and have some friends that could be models, and we have NEVER had issues with him! He is the best dentist in this area! His work is amazing and his wife works in the office with him, and all of his dental chairs are in plain view of all the other chairs! He is never at a chair long enough to hit on someone and he has an assistant sitting with you the whole time! Not saying the other poster hasn't had issues with him, but I have always ha wonderful service there and that's the only place I will ever go to! Oh and I still have all my teeth! No falsies!

This is so funny to me for two reasons. First he is a man of god and loves his family. Truly a kind person. And secondly he is my dentist on the patient information paperwork one of the questions is "is it important to you to keep your teeth" I found that question funny and thought it was a trick question. Apparently it isn't important to some people to keep their teeth for whatever reason.

Why not accept medicaid? Some of my family are poor and elderly and must be driven out of town for service. Glad you spelled God with a lower case "g" Try spelling it starting with "$"

Judge not! So people that send all their kids to college without govt loans, often paying more in taxes than you probably make, and then outliving their $200,000 in savings.... I have seen many unruly kids in church that I have had to correct that were not on welfare. The point to this is if he is so Christian, then why not help the poor as the Bible teaches and accept medicaid. The answer is obvious $$$$. GREED. The "$" means worshiping money!!!

There always seem to be those that put down hard working people because that can't get something for free. That's what's wrong with this country. All these people expecting everyone to take care of them. Get off your lazy ass and go to work. Perhaps if you did, you wouldn't have time to sit and whine about it. The Lord helps those who help themselves!

What planet are you from? Medicaid is for poor children, poor elderly people, and the disabled. What do you want children cleaning the streets and elderly on garbage trucks to pay for dental work. I'm not sure the dentist is a very prudent businessman. Would it not be better to see more patients at a lesser reimbursement with regular pay patients to generate more income? It is certainly ironic the city almost gave him land at 15th & Ward for a new office building. Then he got rid of it when he figured out the cost of the new building, LOL

I'm from the "My family has always worked for everything we have planet". Medicaid may be for the people you mentioned, but there are plenty of others that receive Medicaid benefits that could easily hold down a job. Dr. Boyd runs his business as he chooses, and it seems to work just fine for him.

No.... Medicaid is a government program... The government doesn't recognize our God so why as Gods children should we recognize the government programs! If these government programs drug tested their recipients then Christians may be more willing to help, but living in this community where you see people on welfare and Medicaid while wearing thousands of $ in jewelry, and doing drugs, don't deserve our help! They first need to learn to help themselves!

Medicaid billing and reimbursement from the government can be very time consuming and costly.
Remember Haynes got $600,000.00 for doing the hospital's.

Fine then drug test farm subsidy welfare. Cocaine is expensive! YOU might be surprised to find out how prevalent the problem is. Drug test all elected officials... school boards, city councils, county, state and federal.

I agree 100% and I'll bet that most tax paying people do also. I think (No, I believe that all school employees should be drug tested). Bus drivers are, why not ALL staff? I think that anyone earning a salary from local, state or federal funds should be drug tested REGULARY!!! Drugs and dirty money is not just a problem in MO. It's a problem everywhere and if we don't do something about it, our kids, grandkids will become part of the problem. We (the average working, tax paying citizen) are the only ones that can stop it. The ones that we elect to protect us from stuff like this can't or won't do anything about it because it might interfere with their reelection, and brother or sister, friend or foe, that trait starts with city counsel all
the way up to The White House(It doesn't matter which party, it's all about reelection)

Medicaid does not pay for dental care unless you are a child or pregnant. Dentists have to make a living also, not to mention pay off all of those loans for school, and business expenses. No one should EXPECT their services to be free. Semo Health Network has dental programs that are on a sliding scale fee if you can't afford the dentists here in town.

BTW. I'm sure a lot of those people you are making disparaging remarks about consider themselves Christian, also. I find it funny that the people that proclaim themselves as "Christian" the loudest, sound the least Christlike. Remember if you are lucky enough to not need help in the poorest County in Missouri, you are blessed.
