I do out of town for good meals, I want variety. Not the same old fried Sysco stuff or cafeteria like food. Not to mention restaurants here have weird hours and days they are open. If we eat out it's on the weekend. There are few places here to do that in the evening. I enjoyed the Mexican place on Truman, and visited a couple of times per month. I've heard it's closing. Now there is nothing here different.

agree that we need a good franchise place here.....but doubt that'd ever happen.......plus people that own places around here want to much rent for this po-dunk town to be able to afford to put in any new busnesses....thats the big reason why nothing new opens here.......get online and just for comparison reasons....look up houses in d-burg or surrounding areas compared to C'ville.....prices of very nice new homes in other places are so so much cheaper than here in town!!! insane!!!

It would be nice if it lasted.
