A prominent Christian leader of the Chaldean community unveiled the "systematic beheading of children" and other horrendous crimes committed by ISIS. He said that the Sunni extremists are committing genocide against Christians in Iraq and with the aim to instill the Sharia Law as the law of the land.

In the interview with CNN's Jonathan Mann, Chaldean-American businessman Mark Arabo said that the "world hasn't seen an evil like this for generations."

"There is a park in Mosul, where [ISIS] they actually beheaded children and put their heads on a stick and have them in the park," he explained. "More children are getting beheaded, mothers are getting raped and killed, and fathers are being hung."

At a meeting in the White House last week, he said the Chaldean-American leaders and the political leaders are saying that the world should come together to stop these crimes against humanity and help alleviate the sufferings of the Iraqi people.

"The world hasn't seen this kind of atrocity in generations," he said. "This is a crime against humanity. This is much broader than a community or a faith. This is crime against humanity.

They are doing the most horrendous, the most heart-breaking crimes that you can think of."
When asked about Sunni extremists' targeting of Christians, Arabo said that around 95 percent of Christians have fled, five percent have converted. Also, the ISIS have marked the death stamps on Christian homes, so whoever returns will get killed.

"Christian holocaust is in our midst," he said. "This should never be happening in 2014."
Just last week, the ISIS bombed a church that was 1,800 years old, and have bombed 6 churches so far.

While France is leading the way in offering asylum, Arabo is calling on the US and the United Nations to recognnize that this is a genocide and do more to address this crisis.
"This living nightmare is not going away," he said, "but it is only getting worse."
"The world cannot turn a blind eye."

What has the post got to do with the St. Louis problem?

Looks like you're just trying up sh-- about Obama being on vacation. Don't you realize that a president doesn't ever really take a vacation? Obama is just as much on the job in Hawaii or Hyannis Port as he would be in D.C.- or if he were in Iraq.

Are you not aware that he's got very best experts & advisors keeping him informed of every move ISIS makes & he's constantly in touch with our allies & the leaders of Iraq & the Curds discussing the best course of action to take next

Why are you so hell-bent on trying to trash Obama?

Rest assured, Obama is very much aware of what's going on in Iraq...

I don't know if he does or doesn't, but I didn't make a statement about being "aware" of either way. 61 is the one that is aware of everything so I'm curious where to find all that information.

Not so fast Mr. GED....
Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS), has transformed a few terror cells on the verge of extinction into the most dangerous militant group in the world.

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi or Abu Dua was once held by the US in Camp Bucca Iraq.

But the Obama administration shut down the Bucca prison camp and released its prisoners, including Abu Dua in 2009.

The FBI “most wanted” mugshot shows a tough, swarthy figure, his hair in a jailbird crew-cut. The $10 million price on his head, meanwhile, suggests that whoever released him from US custody four years ago may now be regretting it…

…Well-organised and utterly ruthless, the ex-preacher is the driving force behind al-Qaeda’s resurgence throughout Syria and Iraq, putting it at the forefront of the war to topple President Bashar al-Assad and starting a fresh campaign of mayhem against the Western-backed government in Baghdad.

On Tuesday, his forces achieved their biggest coup in Iraq to date, seizing control of government buildings in Mosul, the country’s third biggest city. Coming on top of similar operations in January that planted the black jihadi flag in the towns of Fallujah and Ramadi, it gives al-Qaeda control of large swathes of the north and west of the country, and poses the biggest security crisis since the US pull-out two years ago…

According to US Department of Defense records, al-Baghdadi was held at Camp Bucca as a "civilian internee" by US Forces-Iraq from February until December 2004, when he was released. A Combined Review and Release Board recommended an "unconditional release" of al-Baghdadi and there is no record of him being held at any other time.

Poor brainwashed sheeple. That's what you get for watching fox and listening to the right ring nut. You get lies and misinformation. Most of all just eat it up.

You do know someone can be release from a place while and the place still be open. lol

Republican Senator Tom Coburn called out Fox News during a talk on Wednesday, saying that some of the network's shows are exactly the opposite of what the network claims to be in its "Fair and Balanced" slogan.

“There are certain shows on Fox I can’t watch,” Coburn told audience members at Tulsa Community College in Oklahoma.“Because they’re totally not fair and totally not balanced. What I want is, I want all the information in which I can make the best decision.

Coburn has criticized Fox News in the past, and several Fox News hosts returned the fire. In 2010, for example, Coburn told voters to not "be biased by Fox News."

Scatfish, you need to quit believing everything you read in the "I hate Fox propaganda mills" . There is no doubt the man was released in 2009. Barack Hussein Obama was the President. Get your facts right and quit looking stupid. Note the Headline....

Leader of Jihadist Onslaught in Iraq Released on Obama’s Watch

June 16, 2014 by Joseph Klein

Joseph Klein is a Harvard-trained lawyer and the author of Global Deception: The UN’s Stealth Assault on America’s Freedom and Lethal Engagement: Barack Hussein Obama, the United Nations & Radical Islam.

When Barack Obama became president on January 20, 2009, the war in Iraq was essentially won. The al Qaeda-backed insurgency was reduced to smoldering embers. George W. Bush’s surge had succeeded.

Safely behind bars at the time was Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, an al Qaeda-linked point man who was imprisoned at Camp Bucca in Iraq, after being captured by U.S. forces in 2005. According to a Pentagon assessment at the time, al Baghdadi “would kidnap individuals or entire families, accuse them, pronounce sentence and then publicly execute them.”

However, the Obama administration decided to shut down the Bucca prison camp and hand over its prisoners to the Iraqi government, including Abu Bakr al Baghdadi, in 2009. The Iraqi government later released him. Al Baghadi boasted to the U.S. soldiers who had held him prisoner,“I’ll see you in New York.”

The release of al Baghadi and other jihadist insurgents from the Bucca prison, coupled with President Obama’s decision to withdraw all U.S. troops from Iraq in 2011 rather than follow the military’s advice to leave a residual force behind, turned the smoldering embers of the once defeated al Qaeda-backed insurgency into a raging out-of-control conflagration.

Abu Bakr al Baghdadi has re-emerged to become the leader of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS). The jihadist group split with “core” al Qaeda after it refused to obey “core” al Qaeda leader Ayman al-Zawahri’s order to withdraw ISIS’s forces from Syria back to its home in Iraq and leave the Syrian fighting to the more local Syrian al Qaeda affiliated operatives.

Washington Post excerpt...

But the narrative solidifies in 2005, when he was captured by American forces and spent the next four years a prisoner in the Bucca Camp in southern Iraq. It was from his time there that the first known picture of Baghdadi emerged. And it’s also there, reports Al-Monitor, that he possibly met and trained with key al-Qaeda fighters.

Hey Scatfish....
2005 + 4more years = 2009 - Yes, Obama's the President...

ISIS chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi on his release from U.S. detention in 2009:“I’ll see you guys in New York”

Robert Spencer

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi“The Islamist extremist some are now calling the most dangerous man in the world had a few parting words to his captors as he was released from the biggest U.S. detention camp in Iraq in 2009.

‘He said,“I’ll see you guys in New York.”‘ And who knows? The way things are going, maybe he will.

we know he is aware - he just fails to do anything to assist - what does this post have to do with St. Louis - st Louis issue is about a black being harmed by a white - Iraq's issue is ONLY Christians being harmed - don't know that is what the poster was implying, but that is what I got out of it -

Like I said earlier on another thread - VirgilCaine had only one reason making this kind of post - and that was to try to trash Obma.

What he was saying was that Obama would no doubt come to Missouri to stand with the black protesters - while the fighting is going on in Iraq & Israel (which is much more important than a a young black man's murder)...

He was also trying to shame Obama for being on vacation while the fighting is going on in Iraq & Israel. He doesn't seem to be aware that a president is never really on vacation - since he has the best experts & advisors surrounding or only a phone call away - and that Obama is just as aware of what's going on in Iraq & Israel as it he were there in person...

Alumni, anytime a fool like Comrade Winston blames a president for local tragedies shows one of two things.
1. He blames the president to get attention
2. In this case he blames the president because he is black and a black
was killed by a white cop.
So in this case if you want the truth why Comrade blames Obama for when it rains, its hot, its cold, I didn't get to take my kids to the movies because I had to mow the yard, or I couldn't buy the new iPhone because I couldn't afford it because instead working I am too busy being on Topix.......well In Comrades racist hatred mind, its all Obama's fault why everything in his little world is crumbling and the idiot doesnt have the sense enough to know the meaning of Karma.
Sit back and watch it crumble Alumni
