I have it and love it. Sorry you are disappointed. I had direct and if it even acted like it was gonna storm it went out. I had comcast and they kept going up on price and couldn't afford them anymore.

i have to agree that it sucks. My TV freezes up every day and every time i call i get told to reboot my modem. Nothing helps. I have a few months left on a contract with DTC, then I am DONE with them Forever!! I would rather pay a little more and have pay per view and movies on demand than to not be able to watch tv because my picture is FROZEN!!! Their prices aren't that great either considering you don't get any features other than a DVR.

Hey dang why don't you take your foil hat off. WJLE and the Smithville review are reporting this like the case is over. How about we wait till all the facts are out and a ruling has been made before we start lining up at the door with pitchforks.

it may be cheaper and better, personally i don't think so. To me, it says a lot about a man how he treats his employees. I know this man moved here from Idaho thinking that all of us Tennessee natives are a bunch of ignorant hillbillies and he could do whatever he wanted. He has done nothing but hurt the already struggling DTC. You should demand your board members dismiss him promptly. Do your homework folks!

Yep, he is. Gates gave him the job without posting it within the company first. I am proud of the young men who are standing up to Dtc. I support them 100%. Policies are put into place for a reason. You cant just go to work somewhere and start making your own rules like Gates has done. Dtc needs two things, all current board members need to be replaced, and a new ceo. Actually they need more, but this would be an excellent start.
