Two arrested after DWI stop in Dickinson
Ann M. Smoke, 38, of 6 Smoke Road, Hogansburg, also was charged Thursday with resisting arrest, speeding and following too closely after being stopped on County Route 5 in the town of Dickinson, state police said. She registered a 0.08 percent blood alcohol content.
A passenger, Francine A. Thomas, 25, of St. Regis, Quebec, was charged with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. Both were arraigned in Bangor Town Court and sent to Franklin County jail, Malone, with an unknown bail.

Does anyone else keep tabs on these to see if anyone they know ever shows up in these reports?
So far I don't believe I've seen any familiar names. But I have been out of the area for several years now and I believe many of the names that might otherwise be familiar to me have also left the area.

I read them and see who I know or I just say," I'll probably see them at a Victims Impact".
