I called wanting to know about their grooming services. I explained to them it's my first puppy, recently got the puppy two weeks ago and I really don't know much about grooming, etc. The idiot on the other end wanted to make the conversation about the puppy's shots. Which I explained to her the puppy has had shots and he's due for a couple more next week. She begin to ask the same question over and over again. After I told why is this call about his shots and not about the services? Then she hung up on me! WOW! If someone calls tell them their knowledge is limited in regards to grooming, caring for pet, etc. It's your job to educate them instead of cross examining the clueless pet owner. After all I'm not the expert! I don't groom dogs for a living and this is my first dog. It's your job to explain why you are asking about their shots and the importance of a puppy having shots prior to any grooming services. I would highly suggest staying away from this company!! Very unprofessional

Ok, Kim. Time for you to complete your free marketing campaign and go ahead and plug your new grooming service... Here's a guess at your next post: Ok, everbody, it's kim, I'm back. I found this brand new grooming place, here's their website, they are soooooo awesome, I love them, just thought you'd all like to know. This isn't the first time I've seen someone try to get free advertising on here. What grooming service are you with? And, if it did happen and this is a non competitive post, they hung up on you because they'd rather not make money than talk to you. They'd rather not take an easy couple dollars by washing some bimbo's puppy than talk to you a second more. They'd rather starve and go out of business than suffer through another second on the phone with you. That's why.

There's is no so-called marketing campaign here, Dear! As I can see you are the dumb crackhead that was on the other end. I'm annoyed by ignorant so-called business owners who DO NOT know how to run their business - half way. As I explained to the idiot on the other side. I'm a new dog owner and do not know much. When potential call that's your que to educate the caller. Ok..I get it. It's vital to the puppy's health. But before you go on ranting about the dogs shots. It was be nice to educate potential customers as why the shots are so important. To answer your question. I have absolutely no interest in start ANY sort of GROOMING services! The just pocket change in my childrens' pockets. So, I appreciate your feedback!

You can keep up the drama..but business owners fail to realize the power of the Internet! I'm just getting start by posting comments in all over the web about your cookie cutter - so called grooming business! Like I said, the site will be up soon very soon! Before the web...folks did not have a place to post about their experiences with companies and they do now! Which can and will cause a negative impact on businesses that businesses do not want. Often enough, it's such a negative impact that it forces the business to close down or forces them to change their image on how customers view them. Those are my exact intentions! I'm going to help you out: put you out of your misery and shut you down! You see, I've already have about 12 people that have experienced your "BAD-RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE" they are waiting anxiously to post their experience, video footage of them talking about their experience along with some audio. I will be promoting this site like a beast and promoting as much to find more that have had similar experiences.:) You fail to understand negative feedback travels a lot faster than positive experiences especially over the web! Sweetcakes, you have no idea of what you just walked into! Unfortunately, you call yourself a "Real Pet Grooming Business" Truth is: you're just some alley backwoods hill billy that decided one day to walk pass the woods, pass your trailer with a so-called brilliant idea of starting your own grooming services. It's too sad that you're too damn ignorant to run your own business! Neither less to say, educate callers on why the need your services. AND if you don't want to do business with some bimbo; you whether starve than that's your choice. However, When customers pick up the phone and call your business they really don't know why they need your services. It's your responsibility to educate them - your are the expert and tell them why they need your services! It shouldn't turn into some bitch session. Here's a ,another tip. 1# People usually do business with people they trust. By appearing to be the expert and providing information, especially WHY shots are so important prior to grooming services, etc. In their eyes- you are the expert and not some old bitch that's pissed off at the world believing the world owes them something. Dear- I'm here to tell you that NO ONE owes you nothing! If you're that damn hateful & stupid hire someone who's capable of doing the job your too freakin incompetent to do! Keep your ignorant ass behind the counter, off the phone, and no interacting with customers! Better yet, close down and find something you really enjoy doing- your passion. It's obviously this isn't your cup of tea. BTW- get some counseling! Your right...I'm no marketing guru...but my husband is... I have picked up a lot from him over the years! He's also assisting with this matter in hand. My husband speaks all over the world about Internet marketing, direct mail response, copy-writing, etc. My husband often host seminars; people fly all over the world from different countries to pay thousands of $$$ to hear him speak and learn from him! When you google his name he appears all over the web! So please brace yourself and put on some sunglasses because the fireworks are about to begin!

Hi Wesly,
I deeply apologize for the post! Please forgive me- never my intentions to be disrespectful on your forum! Yes, it is about a dog groomer who has horrible customer service and I feel so strongly that this so-called business needs to be called out! As consumers- consumers no longer have to deal with poor service. Thank goodness for the internet consumers can demand to be served in a way like never before, consumers have a way to warn potential clients, etc. Since the internet consumers have been able to reform businesses and demand they go back to the drawing board forcing them to rethink how they deal with consumers. It's obviously this is some small rank-a-dant mom & pop shop. Even then the effectiveness of the internet can make those small type establishments rethink how they deal with consumers providing they actually care about their lively-hood. I have been able to gather individuals who have experienced poor service from this person along with her rudeness!

Topper,
I think you missed my whole point! Given your response you're probably a bigger idiot than she is! It's not about NOT wanting to do business with anyone as I mentioned in the LONG WINDED reply. It about being informed on how to educate your callers especially when they make it clear they don't know much. As any business owner it's your responsibility to educate the caller as to why shots are so important before grooming services be ranting about shots. If you can't understand that then you are definitely the bigger idiot than she is. But hey like they say..all birds flock together! You are the company you keep!

Kim I never used that place but it sounds like it's about the same as B Stylin, which didn't last long across from Sonic.
Try Kelly's Pet Grooming over on Tennessee Street. They are fantastic.

Kim you are the one doing the childish name calling because I don't agree with. Is that how you treated the person that answered the phone? With manners like yours I would of still hung up. Yes I tell my employees they don't have to sit on one end of a phone or any where else and be abused. If they had a bad rep. it makes no sense to call them about their services and then complain about it. You should try Kelly's but if you abuse them you will get the same treatment. Times might be bad right now but it isn't a reason to treat people bad and it's not a reason to be treated bad and take it.

Kim I have used Kelly's for years and have never once had a bad experience. I did try B Stylin once, which turned into a disaster similar to your experience. I guess I got a wild hair and wanted to try a new place. Bad idea!
Try Kelly's. Tell them Oh Yes sent you. They'll look at you like you're an idiot because they have no idea who Oh Yes is, but it'll be fun anyway. LOL
Good luck.

Thanks, Oh Yes! I am so looking forward to Kelly's!
Topper, I am a business owner as well. As a business I expect to be treated with respect as anyone does when calling my business for the first time inquiring about service. Topper, it's probably hard for you to believe but I was the same pleasant person on the other line when I called to schedule with Kelly's. I'm usually a bubbly person, easy going person who's not difficult to get along with.:) Anyhow, as a business owner I understand that you can not be everything to everyone it's impossible to please everyone who does business with you. However, as long as you have given the customer 200% that is what matters! Now if the customer is still complaining just to be complaining, still difficult to deal with after you have bent over backwards done all you can do. It's certainly time to throw in the towel and refund the customer (if possible) and move on! I agree..you shouldn't have to put with with callers being disrespectful. The call never got passed the shots while she went on and on without informing me why the shots are so important. As I explained to her this is my dog so bare with me. So you own your own business. Do you not agree that your reps should educate customers before having a BF by assuming they are knowledgeable about the services you offer, is this the kind of behavior you endorse in your establishment? Come on. we've got to do better than this and stop accepting less and expect less from businesses!
