STAY AWAY!!!! I bought what seemed to be a good car. Found out it has a recall and a huge wiring problem. They do not check their vehicles before selling. When trying to speak with the OWNER, he is completely disrepectful and rude. I am going through the BBB right now to try to get out from under the vehicle now. STAY AWAY.

I was told in several conversations that they only required 300-400 down & payments started at $300. However when I got there they said down payments were between $1300 & 1600 and required that paid in full within 45 days, but the $300-400 was to drive away that day. Also was told payments would start at a minimum of $350 but most were closer to $400. The salesman seemed like he wanted to help close the deal however the "head finance" man was not friendly and didn't care that I walked out of there without signing anything. After explaining what their girl told me he acted like he wasn't surprised which reinforced to me that this is normal practice for them. Sad that they feel it's okay to act this way and lie to people to get them in there and waste their time. If the girls you talk to before you go were upfront and honest, then when people came in they wouldn't be upset and surprised!

Sadly, the folks that operate these "Tote the note" car dealerships generally do not have great bedside manner. Probably because they are a car lot of last resort. If you had great credit, you would not be there and they know that. With that in mind, if they give you any sh*t, walk out. There is another Tote-your-note lot down the street somewhere who may treat you better. Most of these type dealerships try to crack their nut going in with your down payment. They may have 1500 in the car in actual cash value. They would love to have this as a down payment and then have you make payments. If you don't maintain a healthy payment record, they will send their towtruck and put you back on your feet--then will then, after a certain period of time, resell the car and the process starts all over again. Avoid them if you can.

This company is the worst place to purchase! It's $400 to drive away then $1500 in the next 30 days. Then your carpayment is due 45 days from the date you drive away. That's over $2400 in 45 days for a car they purchased at auction. They don't do inspections. Most of the cars have major problems. They don't service the car the work is done by an outside company who they won't name. The warranty is a joke. The interest rate is 28% so you will be so upside down you will never be able to trade it even with them. They say you can but you will need to come up with $4000 to $5000 down. Everyone who works there used to work at a place called Auto Loan Finders Look up them on google bad reviews.

Tote your Note lots are buyers beware. They already know that you are somewhat desperate or your wouldn't be there. I sincerely recommend that you record all conversations you have with salespeople, management or anybody else affiliated with the dealership. You DO NOT have to tell them you are recording them. Just make sure that you are one of the parties to the conversation.
