I have been using phentermine alone with my weight loss program for a month now and I have lost 20 pounds, with light exercising and a good food plan thanks to dwl.

Well the drug phentermine is only prescribed if the patient is grossly obese. So that tells me you are.
Side effects?

Higher blood pressure and heart rate, which I'm sure you already have that since you are grossly obese. The pill is only prescribed short term because of the side effects, plus over 80 percent of the people who use it go back to their original weight once they stop using it.

The drug acts just like an amphetamine, which is not good. There are also side effects such as mood swings, irritability, anxiety, depression, fatigue, insomnia, and change in bowel movements such as constipation or diarrhea.

I would suggest an exercise program along with a healthy diet and leave the quick fix drugs alone, but you won't do that

My suggestion then... make sure you have a living will filled out.

I felt she needed to hear the truth instead of pampering. Maybe it will save her life, but I doubt she will listen.

It's mean to tell her the severe side effects of a drug? Uhhhh I don't think so.

No constantly saying she is grossly fat. And will more than likely be fat forever if she stops taking the pills. Maybe she just needed a jump start and once she looses weight it will motivate her to keep it that way.

I was quoting the exact term used on the drug side effects website. I could also use the medical term, morbidly obese. Take that issue up with the AMA if you don't like it, I didn't invent the term. Plus not once did I use the term fat. I said obese. Twice. Not constantly as you call it. Stop exaggerating, drama queen.

All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects.
I heard that most people got bad taste in mouth; changes in sex drive; constipation; diarrhea; difficulty sleeping; dizziness; dry mouth; exaggerated sense of well being; headache; impotence; nervousness; over stimulation; restlessness; sleeplessness; upset stomach, these are the common side effects that most people are facing.
Check with your doctor if any of these most common side effects persist or become bothersome when using phentermine, learn more about this diet pill here - http://goo.gl/b1KnA
You forgot to tell them about the deaths. I'm sure it wasn't intentional.

Go ahead, buy this stuff, loose weight. DIE. It'll be worth it.
Most of you don't remember the big lawsuits over fenfluramine/phentermine, usually called fen-phen. This guy David has a scam website to sell this deadly drug. But go ahead and buy it, it's made from "grade A" ingredients, whatever that means.

I'm done here. You people coddle her to make her feel better about herself while I'm telling her the bold facts to keep her from dying.

Go ahead, Minimi, take it. Listen to these people who only want to make you feel good about yourself.

What is your problem exactly... Have you taken and not lost weight, but you got issues...let the man or woman be proud of them self. I'm sure she knows all the side effects. Chill out.. Do you have any suggestions on how to lose a lot of weight since you know everything...

A healthy diet and exercise. Plain and simple. The problem is, obese people refuse to stick to the diet and will not exercise.

I have never had any weight issues in my entire life because I do as I said above.. eat a healthy diet and I exercise three times a week. Of course that's too hard to do with some people so they look for a miracle fix.

I asked you, wow, to show me where I "constantly" used the word fat. One single time. I am assuming you realized how stupid your comment was so you're ignoring it. i will take that silence as an apology. Apology accepted.

To people that are overweight they take it as a insult the word obsese. I'm just saying it was out of line to even say any of it. Uncalled for.

First, who gives a damn if an obese (you use the term fat) person feels insulted by the proper medical term for what they are. They should sue the AMA for coming up with that term.

I realize now why you are so angry at me. You are obese, too. So how about we use terms like thick, fluffy, bbw? Will those terms make you angry? Obese people don't like to be called that just as people with drinking problems don't like to be called alcoholics. It's YOU that are insulted by the word obese because you are.

So what you are saying is, say cute nice things to them (and you) so they won't be offended, but don't tell them the facts to keep them from dying. I'm surprised you haven't thrown out that old defence if "but I (he/she) has a medical condition... blah blah." You seem like the type that would use that excuse.

I find it odd that you say you hate skinny people. Why?

I think you are lying. Obviously you have nothing else to do but search for people on topix to spread lies about. You say these people are fat, that is not very considerate.

My God, I had no idea I have been talking to a child. Nobody over 16 uses the word lame. Good Lord, I had no idea.

Have your bff or someone teach you the difference in your and you're.

Hush and go away.
