Attitude problem? I've never been rude to a clerk, pharmacist, or any other worker in my life. I know they have tough jobs working with ill people all the time. If simply standing there waiting patiently to be waited on exemplefies a bad attitude in your opinion, then we all have bad attitudes. The people at CVS seem to have forgotten that the customer is the one that ultimately pays their salaries and not the corporate headquarters that sends out the checks every week. No customers, no salary, an idea that has yet to register with CVS employees. I've encountered no such problems at Ingles, so there is a difference. The Ingles people have been very nice, very helpful; CVS people treat you as an inconvenience for them. it's that simple.

You are right. CVS on Tenn. Street is the worse drug store I have ever seen.

Could be worse. We could still be buying roots from the Indians and hoping for the best. Be thankful for the medicine however you can get it.

Thankful my butt, we pay alot for the medicine we get, and we shouldn't have to put up with a stupid bunch of people just to get it. I bet the Indains would at least be nice to us.

You're talking about two different things here. I'm thankful for the drugs, but I resent obnoxious clerks who feel they have some right to ignore or mistreat you in order to get those drugs. If CVS wants to do business that way, fine with me. I'll just choose to go elsewhere, as I did last year. Besides, getting your drugs at the grocery story saves another stop for me. That's as they call it, a 'twofer' and I get nice people waiting on me to boot. Win/win for me; lose/lose for CVS. As it should be.

Don't let people who are having a bad day wreck yours. How stimulating can it be as a clerk? You're on the right path by not going back unless it makes it less convenient to you. I think that explains my entire relationship with Walmart.

I guess that's what I'm saying, too. I don't want to go there but I'm not hurting them by shopping elsewhere, I'm just spending more time driving somewhere else to get the same thing. Can't win!

Why dont you go on Craigslist and spew your venom. There are lots of negative, mean idiots there.

The exact cause of Crohn's disease remains unknown. Previously, diet and stress were suspect, but now doctors know that although these factors may aggravate existing Crohn's disease, they don't cause it. Now, researchers believe that a number of factors, such as heredity and a malfunctioning immune system, play a role in the development of Crohn's disease.

I tried using Publix, but they only have one person in RX doing checkouts and you have to stand in line forever

Ingles on hwy 41 at Felton Road shut down their video rental space and it's being renovated into a pharmacy. Looks like it's gonna be awhile before it's empty but it's about time the opened one there.

I hope if you are one of the good ones, you will print these comments and post it in your store. The others need to know what they are doing wrong.

I am wondering... if someone has such strong feelings about a retail store that they actually "HATE" it, why in the hell would they keep going back?

Because the stupid insurance company will only pay for a 3 month supply from CVS, and as far as shopping for anything else from CVS, I don't.

CVS across from the hospital is great, all the pharmacy staff is very polite, they are a great bunch of people. Have you ever considered what those technicians deal with on a daily basis? People getting mad because their insurance won't cover the medication, insurance companies being rude to them, and how the customers treat them? Spend a day in their shoes and see if you like the abuse they get. I have heard horrible stories of how the staff is treated by the customers.
