We need a restaurant in the Euharlee area that serves crispy hot fried chicken, seasoned tender collard green, cheesy macaroni and cheese, candied yams, and hot buttered cornbread cooked in a black iron skillet every day of the week. Not to mention red velvet cake and banana pudding! Oh, and they have to serve some of the finest sweet tea and freshly squeezed lemonade!

On Monday
Spaghetti with garlic and oregano meat sauce, a luscious green salad and hot cheesy garlic bread.

Tuesday
Pork chops smothered in gravy, mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, and biscuits.

Wednesday
Deep fried Cajun turkey, dirty rice, cucumber and onion salad, and hot yeast rolls.

Thursday
Savory pot roast with potatoes and carrots, corn, pinto beans, and corn bread.

Friday
Hot fried catfish, hush puppies, French fries, Cole slaw, and Texas garlic toast.

Man, I would be one happy camper! I used to cook like this for my family. Now I'm down to popcorn and a Pepsi, chips and a sandwich, or fruit out of a can for dinner. I just don't have the time to prepare a good hot meal.

I would like to see a homestyle restaurant locate to Euharlee GA. I'm thinking about opening one up but I can't do it until after I retire. I have two more years to retire. I was hoping that someone would step up to the plate and make it happen.

Moore's market in Cartersville has really good home cooking. I've only been one time, but it was excellent.

Man, I'm getting hungry now...what day would the hot chicken be served? Everyday on top of the mon-fri daily specials? Whats served on sat and sun or would they be closed those days?

I have never seen anyone go in that place. I wonder if they will survive. I hope so. Everybody is trying to make a living now.

I am thinking about opening up an authentic body piercing business. I have a stanley brand staple gun so I'm all set up. I'll cruise the parking lots and do them right in my back seat.

Now how many do you want and where do you want them? I'm having a buy one get one free special because it's so hot outside.

Early Sunday morning, I sat in my rocking chair on my front porch. While listening to the birds chirp and a light breeze rustling against my skin, I snapped some fresh green beans that bought from a corner market.

Afterwards, I ventured into my kitchen, and prepared fresh squash, sweet potatoes, macaroni and cheese. When the hen finished baking, I made cornbread dressing with giblet gravy! Oh yeah, I also baked sweet potatoes!

My husband was awaken by the aroma of freshly prepared food. He wanted to know what was the occasion? I replied, I just wanted some homemade food.

It felt like Thanksgiving Day yesterday and today it felt like Christmas because I enjoyed my home cooked meal for lunch today!

I really would like to share my meals in the future with everyone. I don't know when but I do know Euharlee HomeStyle Cooking is coming in the near future.

You can share with me honey...I'm hungry and you're making it much worse. Do you have any leftovers from last night to share?
