Uh, no we're not. There is a reason he is a former cop. He was no longer employed at CPD.

I find this so hard to believe on Mr Scott. I thought he was one of the good guys, hope and pray he still is.

Arrests are not convictions. I know an elderly couple in Adairsville that got arrested for same at a daycare they ran. He eventually was found not guilty but their business and reputations ruined.

If it is untrue and found not guilty, I hope it turns out for the best. If it is true and convicted, the ex cop molester will get his justice in prison. It will run its course.

I really hope that the allegations against him are false. It is hard to believe that this man would do this to any child. Has he been able to make bond yet? Prayers and support for his family and the child involved.

People are always saying no warrant would have been issued if not good evidence. That in some cases is wrong. A child can be led to say what you want them to say, that is why if a child ever says something that is suspicious to you, you let the authorities handle it. They are trained in how to talk to a child without leading the conversation. Not saying this is the case here, but it could easily be. Because I can not believe this on him.

Then let your little children spend the night with him. Question can you say for an absolute fact that he didn't do it?

People like you who refuse to believe people molest children are the reason they get away with it.

Can you honestly say that he did? Was you there? Did you see this happen? If so, Why didn't you stop it?

He deserves a chance to defend himself also.

I never said he was guilty. That's my point. That woman said she KNOWS he didn't do it. She would want the police to drop the charges totally because she KNOWS he didn't do it. No way, not him!

He deserves a chance to defend himself and the prosecutor deserves a chance to prove his guilt.

Funny that these people saying there have been complaints against him before refuse to say what those complaints are.

No one but he, the child and God knows the truth. Like I SAID I find it hard to believe on him. The man I know is a good man but yes I know people can deceive us in appearance and actions.

My question to you? How do you know he did it? I am letting the judicial system handle it, but just voiced my opinion of him.

AGAIN WOW I never said That I know he did not do it. I SAID I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT ON HIM. If you heard something like this on your friend would you automatically assume guilt? Word of advice read and comprehend before putting words into my statements.

Yeah I don't believe that James would ever do anything like this.
