One more thing...nobody mutilated my child but the boy who murdered him...yes murdered...with everything I know...whether it get's proven or not...I will always believe my son was murdered...there was much more going on in that house than any of you know...it will all come out in time, our small town (in)justice is a joke...we aren't as well known as them...he will prob get away with it...but know this...I've got a four letter word for the murderer of my son and his family...yes, I know you will see this. K I L L....that is what you did to my son. Your family can hide behind whatever they need to to make it easy for them to move on with their life since you shot Rob in the face...Trust and believe...the truth will be known. I will always be here to tell it...weather we get man's justice or not....I will shout Rob's story to the heavens till the day I die and everybody will know what you have done....you can have your blogs, you can have your friends, but I will never go away...Believe that.

Poor kid. After all the blessings he was here on earth for 13 years, no one can remember him as anything other than "13 year old head blown off" or as a forensic
Crime scene? Sorry, but that's not right. It's not right that he passed too early in life but its so messed up that no one speaks of his legacy, instead of a insensitively graphic depiction of ONE day out of his 13 years. He's not a piece of evidence. He was a person. A child. And from all accounts I've read, a damn good one too. Respect this boy.

Mrs. Taylor, with ALL due respect, I am truly sorry for your loss. Didnt want that to get lost in what I said...

I mean no disrespect to this little boy or his mom, and yes, she is a friend who I met in a grief group (I also lost a 13 yr old son)or I might not have felt the liberty to use that descriptive language. On the contrary, I was trying to keep it real. People like to soften the edges of gruesome realities for their own comfort, but it is what it is. This boy's mom has to live with the reality of what actually happened to her child- saying he passed away, he was taken from her, etc., does not convey the full thrust of what happened to him and what she has to live with every day.

If he is remember for those reasons, it won't be because they were written or spoken but because THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED.

Ok, I am trying to follow what the point is that you are getting at here... First of all, no I am not a christian. Second, it is unfortunate if my expression of sorrow for the mother of this child who's life was snatched away from him, troubles you. Third, no I am not family of Rob; I am, however, in a grief group with his mom. Fourth, I am not sure what you are referring to by "biased and brutal"? You were responding to my condolence post with that comment. Apparently, you don't like that I stated that particularly as a family that professes to be "Christian" (and here I am referring to the household where Rob died), and chooses to blatantly display that on their public blog but where they do not publicly display sorrow or humility even in a general sense about this tragedy, I would think that regardless of how the trigger was pulled, they would feel compelled to be humbly apologetic to the family that have to live the rest of their lives without their son.
