And of course you come along with these pearls of wisdom that it's really all about wealth envy.

Something you should remind yourself of from time to time: All jacked-up and crazy does NOT equal "better".
I'm having a hard time comprehending your meaning. "...all jacked up and crazy"? So, my name is now Jack, and I have mental deficiencies? I mean, c'mon kid. Is name calling all you have in your pathetic arsenal? i thought the point was to argue like civil adults, and state opinions. Instead you fire off personal attacks against people? If I am crazy, then they should let people like you run the show, and lock folks like me up tight. You're good for a chuckle though. Carry on.

If you wondered what level of pond scum would pick up the op-ed of a guy known to hire plagiarists to write speeches and op-eds for him, well, now you know. Breitbart has picked up his op-eds.
Following allegations of plagiarism that caused a shake-up in the senator's office, Rand Paul's (R-KY) opinion column has found a new home at Breitbart News.
"Paul is pleased to partner with Breitbart News and looks forward to the new, wider audience for his columns," Paul advisor Doug Stafford told Breitbart in Wednesday's announcement.
"We are pleased to add Senator Paul to our lineup of fearless, original thought leaders," Breitbart News CEO Larry Solov said in the announcement. "Most of all, we think the fighting spirit he has become known for is a perfect fit for Breitbart News Network and reflects that of our founder, Andrew Breitbart.”
The announcement made no mention of the plagiarism allegations that led Paul and the Washington Times to "mutually" end their relationship Tuesday.
If the only the American public could unilaterally end our relationship with Joe Biden who failed a class in law school due to plagiarizing in a term paper, plagiarized during the 1988 presidential campaign, lied about the number of degrees he had, lied about his class ranking, lied about having an academic scholarship to law school lied about his family's background.......

Well, the best analogy I can think of at this point is... Think of yourself as the most popular kid in school, in your Junior year running for class president. You have done everything right so far, getting all A's, joining clubs, playing sports, etc. You wind up lying your butt off to everyone to gain votes from your alleged peers, and win by a landslide. As your reign continues for that year, you fail miserably at keeping those promises, and basically march to the beat of your own agenda. Your senior year rolls around, and you and your opponents are back at it, vying for that prestigious position of power. The constituents don't show up to vote, because being shot in the foot once is bad enough. But twice? No thanks. If that person lied to us last year, what's to make us think their opponents won't do the same thing? I hate to say it this way, but in my eyes, every time I see politicians arguing a point, my mind goes straight to Jeff Spicoli telling the kid after he wrecked his Brother's car "...I can fix it".
.....sorry that I even asked!

Then you agree that Rand Paul is not Presidential material, but he should still have a long career in politics.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Biden_presid...
Biden announced his candidacy in June 1987, and was considered one of the potentially strongest candidates in the field. However, in September 1987, newspaper stories stated he had plagiarized a speech by British politician Neil Kinnock. Other allegations of past law school plagiarism and exaggerating his academic record soon followed. Biden withdrew from the race later that month.

That's really not what he said at all. In fact,what he's saying is that in his example, Walmart and the shareholders want everybody else to pay for their costs, and don't really care who the money comes from.

<quoted text>That could mean one of two things.

It could mean the we rape the earth of every last bit of fossil fuel we can tear out of her, fill her skies with pollution and just generally screw-up the place for any future people that might want to live on planet Earth, while putting a huge portion of the planet underwater. In the meantime we could approve the XL Pipeline, make the Koch Brothers 100 Billion Dollars richer (one of them was the Libertarian Parties vice-presidential candidate - aren't YOU a proclaimed Libertarian?), and when that's all been done start burning petcoke so we can be like Mexico City and the worst of China.

On the other hand, it could mean that you want to promote education and scientific research. Make America the best and the brightest, a world innovator and leader in clean alternative energy. Transform our citizens into a world-model of ecological success, and export our new technologies and green-planet expertise the rest of the world making it a better place to live.

Which one did YOU mean?

are the very same people who bitch so much about people who aren't personally responsible.

Please be careful of implication, he was not "forced to resign" any more than any incumbent is "forced to resign" upon losing a reelection bid, the Labour Party won the general election of 1945 and he thus became Leader of the Opposition. He would later serve as Prime Minister again from 1951-1955.

During that campaign he made a profound statement:
"I must tell you that a socialist policy is abhorrent to British ideas on freedom. There is to be one State, to which all are to be obedient in every act of their lives. This State, once in power, will prescribe for everyone: where they are to work, what they are to work at, where they may go and what they may say, what views they are to hold, where their wives are to queue up for the State ration, and what education their children are to receive. A socialist state could not afford to suffer opposition - no socialist system can be established without a political police. They (the Labour government) would have to fall back on some form of Gestapo."

Risk of adopting lunatic views ?

They're way past that line.

Imagine.... Complaining about a law that simply says:

- you have to carry insurance to pay your and your family's medical bills;

- that the medical insurance has to be real insurance, not a "junk" policy;

- and if you can't afford insurance, we'll use some of the money we save not paying for freeloading deadbeats, to help you pay for the insurance;

- and when all is said and done, the law will cut the deficit and save all Americans' tax dollars.

Unless you want to be a freeloading deadbeat, you have to love that law.
