Temporary deal struck in inmate's kosher meal suit

An Orthodox Jewish inmate at the Northern Nevada Correctional Center in Carson City will continue to be able to eat kosher meals under a temporary resolution of his lawsuit.

Why should he get a break? Separation of church and state. Eat what they serve or starve to death criminal.
