If the local paper would look around they would find plenty of things to write about beside what is public information.
I am a public employee and my salary is available online, if you look for it.
They created the state law to fill hard to fill positions in the schools, police and other hard to fill positions, if the law is broken then fix that and not divulge the semi private information of the retired public employees.
The RG-J is and has been a second rate paper and it shows in there need to dig into this for 'news'.
Focus on the good happening in our community, which we have plenty of.
