Well a while back, they were executing death row inmates and then there was a time in the 90's, that some stupid organizations (ACLU,PETA,MADD,IHTH) protested that it was cruel and unjust to give lethal injection, to the death row inmates. Yes I agree, if they killed someone, they should be put to death asap. And this would save the STATE of CALIFORNIA lots of money. Arnold would love to do the get rid of them, but you have like I said stupid groups defending the killers.
