What is wrong with an illegal swing house? I mean really, things like orgies and dirty money have been going on since the beginning of time! Having them around & the city overlooking it seems more normal than to not. It is a safe place to live out fantasies. Better to have screened people than not. Also, they deserve at least some proper payment for having to clean that place up afterward! Yikes!

I've been there and i'll tell you the owners there are making a killing! They are also rude to their customers and taking advantage of the system. I'm sure the do not have proper zoning or licensing by the way they hide everything. They charged me $100 bill just to go in the door.
You're a dumb dumb individual lol

It's cheaper than a hotel room. You should come visit. I really enjoyed watching.

So I'm not sure of the problem. If these people make a living doing what they enjoy and their patrons enjoy being there and don't have a problem with it, then what are you people up in arms about. If you don't enjoy that thing, then don't go! It really is very simple.

Well Donald. You are a single male, which they try to deter since most are creepy perverts so yes they charge 100$ for a single male at the door

Would love to report the abuse of ignorance that seems to run rampant among those here on this site. You all preach a good game ... ever thought of becoming a holly roller... It seems to me to be a much better practice to be honest and open with those you choose to spend your life with. Rather then to do what it sounds as if you all are for ... yes we are talking about the dreaded C word ....( that would be cheating for those who need the clarification ) the fact of the matter is the divorce rate among the people your would crucify here is less than that of all you good church going folk....
And now just so that we are all clear have good day....

Go ahead and let the world know how great you are... and then post as unknown.

You've heard of swinger's clubs, the on-premise types where folks go to party, have sex with others. One of the highest paid in Dallas is The 13th Floor where thousands of dollars come in every weekend to the owners who pay no taxes. It sits in a hidden house behind a brickyard in a quiet neighborhood. So what's wrong with it? It's highly illegal! It's a sex-orientated buisness with public sex going on and it's illegal. And the owners, very carefully have crafted a very fine living off of it. They have a website, www.the13thfloordallas.com where you can get some information, but you must call for an rsvp so they can screen you. This club has been going for several years and there's no doubt the City of Dallas has full knowledge and has chosen to do nothing about it. I can only assume this is a signal to anyone else out there that it's ok to do whatever you want and live off the system, pay no taxes and break the law. Way to go Dallas!
Wow you sound upset. Sorry about the handle life has dealt you. Hope you find peace and love I the future.

"City of Dallas Approves of Sex Club-Look Other Way"

Yep! Ban sex businesses! Let those people instead open a decent God-fearing gun shop that sells things that kill! Up with guns! Down with sex!!!

Do you mean to tell me that there are actually adults exercising their rights to make personal decisions that in no way effect your life? Take your bullshit self-righteous hypocritical crap to church and pray that you become enlightened enough to mind your own business.

My wife and I went there a couple of times. The staff is very friendly. Just regular people. And the clientele is made up of mature adults who are all very respectful.
