When I called to cancel they told me they were going to charge me for not coming in. They said they could not guarantee that they could fill the time saved for me. I replied that this policy was not discussed with me when I called, therefore, there is no way they are going to charge my card. The employee said "no I didn't tell you the policy because you have been here before" I asked what that was supposed to mean--just because I had walked in for an appointment one time, I'm supposed to know your policy even if it had never been communicated?
She ended up getting the Manager on the phone and she too stated they would have to charge the credit card I used when I was there last time. I explained that this policy was not discussed when I called for the appointment an hour before. I asked if she had my signature on file acknowledging this policy and she said "no." I replied" then you best not think about charging me" she quipped "FINE!!!" and slammed the phone.
Really professional NOT!
I will never do business with them again and I will tell everyone I know about this experience. It's a slimy way to run a business.
